13、险源辨识及控制措施方案编 制 人:审 核 人:审 批 人:通州建总集团有限公司中海项目部二0一三年十一月十五日中海朝阳郡熙岸6-23#楼及车库工程沉降观测点施工方案目 录前言-工程概况一、沉降观测点的设置二、沉降观测的要求三、沉降观测的精度及整理四、沉降观测中问题及处理五、附图工程概况本工程位于南昌市西湖区桃花南路、云飞路,总建筑面积4.07万平方米,结构类型为剪力墙结构。抗震等级三级,抗震设防烈度六度,建筑设计使用年限为50年。本工程建设单位为南昌中海地产有限公司,设计单位为江西省建筑设计研究总院,监理单位为深圳市中海建设监理有限公司,施工单位为通州建总集团有限公司。沉降观测点的施工方案一、
14、 沉降观测点的设置1、建筑物的沉降观测是根据建筑物附近的水准点进行的,所以这些水准点必须坚固稳定,为了对水准点进行相互校核,防止其本身发生变化,水准点的数量应按结构施工图设计说明中的第十二条第4款JGJ/T8-2007的要求进行布置,以组成水准网,对水准点定期进行高程检测,确保沉降观测成果的正确性,水准点应与观测点接近,其距离不应超过50M,以保证观测的精度,水准点应设在受振区域以外的安全地点,可利用工程施工中的使用的水准点,作为沉降观测的水准点。2、各幢楼的沉降观测点的布置按图纸要求为建筑物四角和伸缩缝两侧,四周以轴线前后差开进行设点。沉降观测点的编号是从建筑物的正立面左边往右顺序排列,以便
15、进行观测记录,合理设置沉降观测点,既可以表示出沉降特征的地点,又可以全面地精确查明沉降情况。3、沉降观测点埋设根据图纸设计要求,设置的高度为高出室外地坪750,用20钢筋弯成90,用红油漆在砼柱编号,沉降点用防锈漆涂刷防锈,再用黑油漆涂刷表面。沉降观测点采用植筋方法将其埋设在砼柱上,外露出砼柱面50mm,在其所在的位置下用标准砖砌筑一个小井,小井高度以高出沉降观测点一皮砖,顶部用木板盖住井口加以保护。二、 沉降观测要求1、沉降观测的时间和次数,根据工程的性质、工程进度、地基土质情况及荷载增加情况等决定,一般每施工一层,观测一次,直至竣工。工程竣工后第一年测四次,第二年测二次,第三年后每年一次,
16、直至下沉稳定为止,一般为五年。施工中如遇中途停工时间较长,应在停工时复工前进行观测。2、沉降观测是一项较长期的系统观测工作,为了保证观测结果的正确性,应可能做到“四定”,固定人员进行观测及整理、分析结果。固定使用同一台水准仪和铝合金塔尺,使用固定的水准点,按规定的日期、方法及路线进行观测。观测仪器采用S2水准仪和铝合金塔尺,在进行沉降观测时,因施工的影响造成通视困难,往往为寻找架置水准仪的适当位置而头痛,为此要进行选择确定适当安置水准仪的位置,选定几个固定点作为临时水准点(转站点),并与永久水准点组成环路,根据确定的临时水准点,水准仪架设的位置及观测线路。绘出沉降观测路线图,作为以后每次都固定
17、路线观测蓝本。采用固定的路线观测,不但避免了为寻找架设水准仪位置的麻烦,加快观测的进度,而且由于路线固定,比任意选择观测路线可以提高沉降观测的精度,但是必须注意在测定临时水准点高程的同一天时间应同时观测其他沉降观测点。3、沉降观测点首次观测的高程值是以后各次观测用以进行比较的根据,如果初测精度不够或存在误差,不仅无法补测,而且会造成沉降工作中矛盾现象,因此必须提高初测精度,同时每个沉降观测点首次高程,应在同期进行两次观测后决定,施工中每次观测,必须以确定的路线进行观测工作,观测前必须对基准点进行复核,正确无误后才能引测。水准仪后视基准点,前视沉降观测点,水准仪离前视、后视铝合金塔尺的距离,要用
