35、程概况2.1本工程场址区域位置莱芜钢铁集团有限公司大H型钢生产线烧结工程位于莱钢轧钢厂北银山开发区，位于大H型钢厂区东北部，机械化综合原料场西侧，回填地基,用地面积140000m2。现已建成投产一台265m2烧结机，年产成品烧结矿265万吨。拟建2#265m2烧结机位于1#烧结机南，主厂房建筑面积8500m2，钢筋混凝土结构为主，有通廊16条，转运站6个。由山东省冶金设计院承担设计。2.2工程范围2#265m2烧结机工程包括成品烧结矿和返矿系统、主抽风系统、配料混合系统、烧结冷却系统、筛粉整料系统、输灰系统、除尘、配电、自动化、循环水、公辅设施等土建、机电设备和安装、给排水（包括消防系统）采暖

36、、压气、通风除尘、厂区管网等工程施工及其空负荷联动试车、配合联动试车。2.3工程简介本工程建设内容主要包括新建2#265m2烧结机及相应的配套辅助设施。2#烧结主厂房：按总图布置，2#烧结室在挖方区内，设计采用天然地基。烧结室厂房共六层，其各层标高分别为0.00m，7.70m，15.20m，20.50m，24.70m，31.40m，34.70m，40.30m厂房内设二台中级工作制吊车(-LK=15.7m，Gn=16/3.2t；-LK=15.7 m Gn=50/10t)，轨面标高29.5m，建筑面积8500m2。机头厂房采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，柱距为7.5m，烧结跨为18m，柱距为6m的钢筋混凝

37、土框排架结构厂房，机尾厂房跨度18m，柱距分别为14.5m， 12m，14.5m ,10m的钢结构排架厂房。围护采用加气混凝土砌块，内外墙采用混合砂浆抹面，外墙刷米黄色涂料。内墙喷大白，屋面采用卷材防水。素混凝土地面，吊车梁采用钢结构。2#配料室：厂房长133.5m，宽8m，檐口高度为23.4m，柱距8m，设两道伸缩逢，钢筋混凝土框架结构。内设3t电动葫芦三台，轨顶标高分别为 6.43m，22.0m，26.0m。钢筋混凝土现浇平台三层；附跨长8m，宽5.5m，高27.3m。厂房柱基础采用现浇钢筋混凝土基础，墙基采用现浇混凝土基础梁，混凝土砌块墙围护，料仓采用钢料仓。棒磨机室：单层厂房长27m，

38、宽13.5m，檐口高度为14.0m，钢筋混凝土基础，上部为钢结构厂房.附配电室和值班室。内设一台电动单梁吊(LK=12.0m，Gn=10t)，轨面标高12m，建筑面积471m2。2#烧结抽风机室：主抽风机室为排架结构，跨度为15.0m，柱距为6.0m，总长宽42.0m。轨顶标高15.0m，檐口标高19.5m。内设一台32/5吨吊车，中级工作制，LK=13.5m。排架柱采用钢筋混凝土现浇柱，屋架采用钢屋面梁，屋面板采用SP预应力钢筋混凝土板，吊车梁采用钢吊车梁，钢筋混凝土独立基础，围护墙体采用空心砌块或加气混凝土砌块排水为有组织排水。抽风机基础采用钢筋混凝土大块式基础，旁边附属的配电室为两层砖混

39、结构，平面尺寸：12.0m4.8m，层高均为3.2m。2#一次混合室：单层厂房长22.5m，宽15m，檐口高度为14.4m，钢筋混凝土框架结构，局部设钢筋混凝土现浇平台。内设10t电动单梁起重机一台，钢筋混凝土现浇柱基础，墙基采用毛石基础，混凝土砌块墙围护，钢筋混凝土现浇设备基础。2#二次混合室：单层厂房长27m，宽15m，檐口高度为15.3m，钢筋混凝土框架结构，局部设钢筋混凝土现浇平台。内设10t电动单梁起重机一台，附跨控制室，低压配电室采用砖混结构，总长9m，宽4.5m，檐口高度为3.6m。钢筋混凝土现浇柱基础，墙基采用毛石基础，混凝土砌块墙围护，钢筋混凝土现浇设备基础。一、二次筛分室：

40、一、二次筛分室厂房结构已在一期建成，二期只进行设备安装.烟囱：采用钢筋混凝土结构，内衬采用砖和矿渣棉，总高度150.0m，上口内径4.88m，下口内径14.12m，钢筋混凝土基础，烟道采用钢筋混凝土结构，壁厚300mm。转运站及通廊：转运站结构采用钢筋砼框架结构，砼砌块墙围护，地上通廊部分采用钢结构通廊，压型钢板墙面、屋面，支架采用钢支架。10KV高配室：单层砖混结构，长26.3m，宽14.2m，檐口标高为4.8m。建筑面积373.46m2，钢筋混凝土现浇柱基础，墙基采用毛石基础。除尘系统：除尘系统包括机尾电除尘，机头电除尘，配料室除尘。配电室均采用砖混结构，除尘烟囱采用钢烟囱，风机电机基础采

43、奥陶系、石炭系、二叠系等沉积岩，以及新生界第四系表土层，地基土分粉质粘土、强风化泥、中风化泥灰岩和石灰岩四层，拟建场地一般可满足建厂的天然地基要求。2.4.3工艺流程 烧结车间的工艺流程包括溶剂燃料准备系统，配料混合系统、烧结冷却系统、筛分整粒系统、铺底料系统、返矿和输灰系统。详见工艺流程图（附表一）。第三章 施工布署3.1施工总体布署烧结系统施工以烧结机主厂房为关键线路，遵循先地下后地上、先结构后设备、先主体后附属的原则来进行。根据莱钢烧结场地的特点和到图情况，只要条件具备，其它厂房可以平行组织施工。首先施工柱基础，待柱基施工二分之一后，进行穿插流水施工上部钢筋混凝土结构施工，然后进行设备基

44、础施工和上部建筑屋面、围护结构、吊装。厂房结构吊装的同时，可以将一些大件如：烧结机下部的主抽风管道、灰斗等穿插吊装到位。厂房结构基本吊装完后进行机电设备的安装调试。烧结机等设备安装，基本上遵循从下往上依次安装。全厂三电系统按常规前期配合土建埋管。后期分两条线进行：一边抓电气室和电缆通道的盘、柜和电缆安装；一边紧随机械设备安装操作盘箱和接线。3.2施工阶段划分本工程的施工主要分为五个阶段：第一阶段：施工准备阶段(1)组织准备：2#烧结机将继续在以一级项目经理、高级工程师曾毅恒同志为项目经理的一冶莱钢烧结工程项目经理部领导下组织施工。土建工程项目部、结构管道工程项目部、机械安装工程项目部、电气安装

45、工程项目部等专业项目部基本上以一烧结的原班人马为主，同时增加了三个土建工程项目部。(2)技术准备：开工前，组织施工技术人员认真熟悉施工图纸，充分领会设计意图，了解生产工艺特点。会同业主、设计院、监理进行专业图纸会审。结合一期烧结施工经验编制各单位工程的施工组织设计，编制分部工程关键工序，及特殊工序的施工作业设计。进行技术交底，制定本工程项目质量计划。各种所需规范、标准和资料表格到位。(3)资源准备：建立两级工程项目经理部，两级项目部的管理人员全部到位，办公设施全部配齐。专业施工队伍（作业层），按照劳动力进场计划，组织劳动力进场。同时进行厂纪、厂规、安全、防火、文明施工等方面教育，建立各项管理制度。根据施工进度计划
