22、园区内1.6 桩基类型：500静压震拔沉管灌注桩2、 设计要求：2.1 本工程采用500静压震拔沉管灌注桩，参照2004浙G20图集，设计桩长42.044.0米左右，不得小于42米，进入持力层不得小于0.8米，单桩承载力特征值为650KN，压桩力不小于1.5R，以静压稳定抬架为主，结合桩长控制。总桩数为561枚。2.2 钢筋笼：612 ， L = 19米，箍筋为6300螺旋箍，每隔1600设一道加劲箍10，且与612电焊。2.3 砼标号：C25。3、 编制依据3.1 建筑物总平面布置图及桩位图；3.2 工程地质勘测报告；3.3 建筑地基基础工程施工质量验收规范（GB50202-2002）；3.

23、4 建筑桩基技术规范（JGJ94-94）；3.5 建筑软弱地基基础设计规范（DBJ10-1-90）；3.6 宁波市建筑桩基设计与施工细则（2001甬DBJ02-12）；3.7 本公司质量、安全、环境保证体系及程序文件.二、 施工部署与计划进度:(一)施工条件：1、 施工区位于宁波科技园区，地势基本平坦。场地自然地坪标高为绝对标高2.35m，设计桩顶标高为绝对标高1.95m，满足打桩要求。2、 搭建工地临时设施，安排好现场办公室及解决职工住宿点，要求合理。3、 施工人员、设备机具、材料进场，并做好设备机具调试检查工作。4、 根据设计要求，做好材料试验，并按实际需要用量给予落实。5、 用BJ060

25、度计划：计划自开工至桩基工程结束为 50天，在保证工期和保证质量的前提下，具体施工顺序安排如下：施工计划进度 （表2）工作名称进场安装埋设桩尖、打桩、跑桩动测退场进度天数3 天45天2天1、桩架进场3天。2、桩尖埋设2天，（同时竖桩机，调试准备完毕）。3、打桩、跑桩计划：43天完成。4、跑桩计划：待桩砼强度达到100%后立即跑桩，采用先打先跑，后打后跑。跑桩最短间隔时间为28天。5、测桩计划：跑桩结束后，进行动测试桩，时间为2天。（五）、劳动组织：为保证施工质量、工期，拟组建宁波双鹿电池科技城项目部（具体人员组成详见施工组织设计），管理班子用技工岗位分工，详见施工人员智能分工表：施工人员职能分

27、图纸，用经纬仪和50M钢卷尺丈量。2、沉管灌注桩施工工艺流程施工装备测量定位探桩孔、桩位复核桩基就位静压沉桩管控制桩长、抬架检查桩管内情况浇灌砼、震动拔管安放钢筋笼、浇灌砼、震动拔管成桩、桩基移位至下根桩三、 施工质量技术措施： 为了保质保量，在合同工期内顺利完成该桩基工程，特订以下质量技术措施：（一）施工前根据设计图纸，地质资料编制好施工方案，清除地上，地下障碍物，整平打桩范围的场地，周围做好排水沟，修建好临时道路，接通水、电。（二）测量定位： 定位放样选用SJ0603经纬仪，以圆心1.圆心2为准点，进行放样，复核规划局给出的4个角点，用钢卷尺弦线进行尺寸复核，经认真仔细测量，符合设计与规划

28、要求，角度封锁误差，尺寸误差10MM范围内。 地坪水准测量，选用BS2000水准仪，在基准点、引出点、测量点、三点基本居中位置设观测点，先读出基准点标高转测引出点，然后复测读基准点，这样确保观测与读数正确，最后进行场地标高测定，在等距离任意选出6点，并做好观测记录，在引出点做好临时标记，写好测定标高。 桩尖就位后，有钢卷尺，弦线进行复核，以偏位较大的给予移动就位，偏位较小的则轻微移动，对复核后桩进行就位固定，防止在桩回移动中发生移位。 打桩过程测量控制，用钢卷尺，弦线及时进行复核，确保桩位的施工质量。轴线偏差要控制在20MM以内，单排桩的轴线偏差控制在10MM以内，并在打桩过程中，逐排进行复核

29、，避免土质挤压移位，在不受影响的位置放置固定座标点4个以上。（三）桩机调试就位后，得进行试桩工作，试成桩时，邀请建设、设计、监理、质监等有关单位人员参加，以确定有效压桩力及成桩深度，以利今后施工。试桩位置定在钻探孔11#附近，打桩顺序及走向图见附图。（四）施工前配置好设计要求的压桩力，模管入土深度必须达到设计要求，施工中按试成桩时取得的技术数据及有关建议进行施工。（五）桩身垂直度用线锤及3米长托线板和经纬仪进行观察，螺旋杆调节，同时掌握拔管速度，每分钟不得超过3米，拔管时要控制好管内砼的下落情况，经常用浮标法测定盈系数，并及时计算，如未达到规范要求的就立即复打。（六）浇灌砼时，要严格按配合比进

30、行搅拌，严格控制原材料的质量，不合格的材料不准进入施工现场。浇灌柱身砼注意事项：3.6.1 本工程决定采用商砼浇筑沉管桩，应做好商品砼采购，并且经业主、监理方认可。3.6.2 因本工程承台基础设计为三桩承台为主，同一承台内桩间距为1.65m较密，为减少相邻桩间相互影响，要求商品砼初凝时间按不小于4.5小时控制，以确保承台最后一根桩施工时，第一根桩砼仍未初凝。砼内掺加符合要求的缓凝剂，并进行砼配比试配，报监理审核批准后方能使用。3.6.3按规范要求对进场商品砼留置试块，进行同条件养护，以便于检测砼桩的强度。3.6.4 控制拔管速度，防止出现断桩，劲缩等质量问题，基本上以每分钟2米左右为宜，在最后

31、的1米左右的砼振捣，采用手插入式震捣器复震。3.6.5桩身砼浇灌必须做好相应的施工记录表，每根桩的砼坍落度测试不少于1次，并按实际浇灌数量核算砼充盈系数，确保砼充盈系数大于1.15。（七）钢筋笼制作及安放1、钢筋笼绑扎前，由钢筋翻样根据图纸要求做好翻样工作，准确下料。钢筋笼绑扎必须严格按施工图要求施工，钢筋绑扎尺寸、间距、位置准确，所有钢筋搭接和锚固长度必须满足设计和施工规范的要求。钢筋绑扎完后，必须挂好圆形砼保护层垫块，保证钢筋位置准确。2、钢筋笼安放：用桩机小钩竖直吊起预检合格的钢筋笼，从桩管料斗口处放进钢筋笼到预定位置，钢筋笼起吊前须经有关人员检验合格。当桩管内砼浇至钢筋笼底部时，应从桩

32、管内插入钢筋笼，然后继续浇筑砼。（八）根据业主提供的地质勘测报告及原始地形图，可知要建的附属厂房区域有一条河流经过，现在大部分河流区域业主已经塘渣回填，经现场开挖，回填的塘渣粒径较大，且河道水位较高，对沉管灌注桩的成桩将发生偏位，漏浆劲缩等质量问题。为了保证工程质量，我公司依居所积累的实际施工经验，我方建议采用换土施工，即对位于原河道区域的桩承台范围内（1-3轴2-4轴，2-C轴1-GC轴，具体桩编号为：10#30#，39#54#，73#、74#、75#、76#、77#，91#102#，167#178#，190#202#，273#285#，294#305#，378#388#，389#397#，

33、共计114根桩），挖除原有塘渣，换入泥土和细塘渣混合物，分层压实后，确保桩机能平稳行走再进行沉管灌注桩施工。（九）龄期后要全面进行跑桩，先配置设计要求的配重，再跑桩测试，即在跑桩模管上固定好钢卷尺，另加水平仪测读数，抬架三分钟再测试一次，前后二次之差即本次沉降量，同时要经设计、建设、监理、质监等有关质量部门人员确定并签证后方可施工。（十）桩基监测桩基施工前，施工过程中，及施工结束后土方开挖过程中均需对桩基进行跟踪监测，打桩施工前应设立观察网，施工过程中，应根据施工进度逐步增设观察点，对桩的偏位、抬升及土体的移位，进行监测，做到前期每星期观察一次，以后视进度增加观察次数。根据我公司以往施工经验，

34、若发现累计偏位超过5cm或抬升超过4cm时，或土体抬升超过10cm时，则应采取措施调整施工流水或进度。发生异常情况，立即向监理、业主、设计汇报，共同协商处理。（十一）工程桩结束后，需进行桩基检测，以检测桩基质量及单桩承载力。四、安全技术措施（具体详见施工组织设计）（一）、安全管理制度：1、组织各施工人员对安全规章制度学习，严格执行本公司规章。2、加强安全生产的思想教育，加强安全生产操作规程的学习。开工前公司职工进行安全技术交底，真正树立“安全第一”的思想。3、加强安全管理手段，工地设桩基工程专职安全员一名，负责安全生产检查，督促管理工作。4、新工人上岗必须先进行三级安全知识教育，未经教育不准上

35、岗。5、严格执行市劳动（89）21号文件规定，切实做好二图六牌。6、进入施工现场必须戴好安全帽，扣好安全带。7、高空作业系好安全带，扣好安全帽。（二）施工用电：1、工地设总配电箱，箱内按规定装置漏电开关。严格执行一机一闸的原则，配电箱门加锁，有严密的防雨措施，装好保护接地装置。2、总线用地沟引入，或与线架空设置，电线必须按规定采用三相五蕊铜线，照明线用橡胶电缆线。3、各种电机设备必须有保护接地装置。（三）施工机具：1、桩架上的卷扬机必须有防护罩，防护挡板，防护接地。2、电焊机有良好的保护装置接地，外露线头要有防护罩、连雨棚。3、拌和机安装位置平衡、坚实、有防护接地。4、操作机手，定机定人，订阅
