44、“成龙管业”国标合格产品。 3、所有的电线电缆选用安徽合肥生产的“绿宝”国标合格产品。（二）、施工注意事项1、按照施工图进行清管，对存在的问题提出补救措施。2、按照设备功能及极性对导线颜色进行规定，以便查线及今后维修。3、为防止吊顶上安装的设备传输线裸露，在设备上方吊顶上加装接线盒。4、在有吊顶的部位，为了不影响装饰效果，对吊顶上设备的连线预留适当长度，避让喷头、灯具及风口。并使所安装设备横竖成线。5、为防止潮湿及灰尘，探测器底座及管盒连接处孔洞用密封胶密封。6、点型探测器底座安装后用塑料袋包裹以防污染，待具备条件时安装探测器。7、联动系统调试按照联动对象逐点调试，首先控制模块不带负荷通电检查

45、，检查模块动作是否正常，模块动作正常后再与被控对象接线调试。8、接线端子箱，控制器及设备连线画接线端子图，按接线端子图接线，接线时加套机械打印的号码管。（三）、施工方法1、管线敷设和工艺要求（1)消防报警系统导线敷设完毕后，应用500V的兆欧表测量绝缘电阻，每回路对地绝缘电阻值应大于20M。（2）强电和弱电线路分开敷设；额定工作电压不超过50V时导线的电压等级不应低于交流250V,额定电压超过50V时，导线的电压等级不应低于交流500V，穿入导线或槽内不得有接头和扭结，起接头在接线盒内用端子连接；（3）消防控制中心内走线设电缆槽保护，进线孔做安全防护；（4)走线无扭曲脱落现象，管线经过建筑物的

46、变形缝（包括沉降缝、伸缩缝、抗震缝等）处，应采用补偿措施；（5）管槽内的线缆无接头，敷设在或潮湿场所管路的管口、管子连接处均作密封处理，在用钢管敷设时，钢管不应有折扁和裂缝，联动管路外刷防火涂料，切断口应挫平。2、消防控制室内控制器安装（1)消防报警控制屏底边距地面高度为0.2m，其靠近门轴的侧面距墙为0.5m；正面的操作距离为1.2m；（2)消防报警联动控制台前操作距离为2m；控制台操作员工作的一面至墙的距离为3M；控制台后便于维护距离为1m；（3）消防报警控制屏应安装牢固，不得倾斜。安装在轻质墙上时，应采取加固措施；（4)消防报警控制屏的主电源引入线，应直接与消防电源连接，严禁使用电源插头，主电源应有明显标志；（5）消防报警控制屏的
