34、,自我評估是學校自我完善的有效方法。學校應就這兩個指標和其他的表現指標作自我檢視，鼓勵教師分享成功經驗，支援教師不斷發展，追求卓越學校應將自評結果透過校務報告等途徑，讓學生家長得悉學校的現況，從而協助學校發展學校在有需要時提供適當的數據資料，供教育署作分析之用，以助制訂與教育有關的政策，並向學校提供分析結果作參考學校不應使用有關數據作宣傳之用,建 議,68,使用原則 Principles of Use,69,視為自我評估機制的一部份考慮學校的背景和學生的需要，有系統和有目的地透過問卷收集學生的表現資料用來收集學生群組的資料，個別學生的評估分析只宜由受過專業訓練的學校人員進行須同時參考校內的其他
