16、凿除浸沥青木丝板5cm；(8)用压注枪压入聚硫双组分密封膏（压实抹平）。2.3.3、止水带（条）的施工要求：A、素砼止水带的安装和固定方案一：挡头模扳由两块组成，止水带从中间穿过。素混凝土中采用钢筋卡固定止水带，钢筋卡采用6钢筋制作，第一节衬砌通过铁丝将钢筋卡固定在挡头模板上，钢筋卡按环向间距0.3m设置；在第二节衬砌时扳直钢筋卡垂直固定第二节衬砌内的止水带。方案二：止水带垂直弯曲，一端垂直挡头模板，一端紧贴挡头模板（涂抹上脱模剂），待第一节衬砌完后将紧贴模板止水带弯入第二节衬砌。素混凝土中采用钢筋卡固定止水带，钢筋卡采用6钢筋制作，第一节衬砌通过铁丝将钢筋卡和止水带固定在挡头模板上，钢筋卡按

19、、拱墙施工缝与纵向施工缝交叉时应做好搭接措施防止渗漏水。止水带在转角处宜采用直角专用配件，并应做成圆弧形，转角半径不小于200mm。2.3.4、质量要求中埋式止水带埋设位置应按衬砌厚度的一半确定，应施工缝或变形缝的中心线重合。止水带径向位置，允许偏差为正负5cm，纵向允许偏离中心正负3cm。止水带应固定牢固、平直，不得有扭曲现象。止水带应采用焊接，接缝平整、牢固不得有裂口和脱胶现象，焊接方法见下图。粘接前应做好接头表面的清刷与打毛，接头处选在衬砌结构应力较小的部位，粘接采用热硫化连接的方法，搭接长度不得小于10cm，焊接缝宽不小于5cm。设置止水带接头时，应尽量避开容易形成壁后积水的部位，宜留

20、设在起拱线上下。止水带的外观质量要求2.4、止水条2.4.1、施工要求止水条安放前，先已浇筑混凝土端部充分凿毛、清洗干净。止水条在衬砌台车移动前4h左右安装，安装前最好先在凹槽内涂抹一层氯丁胶粘剂，止水条顺凹槽拉紧嵌入，确保止水条与槽底密贴，并用水泥钉固定牢固，同时在端部混凝土面上涂抹一层界面剂。止水条若有搭接，则可将止水条切成对口三角形，用氯丁胶水粘结。接口处不得有空隙。遇水膨胀止水条的施工应采用预留槽嵌入法，其接头处应重叠搭接后在粘结固定，沿施工缝形成闭合环路，期间不得留断点，搭接长度不应小于50mm。2.4.2、质量要求止水条不得受潮，安装前应进行检查。制品型止水条接头应重叠搭接后再黏结

21、固定，搭接长度不应小于5cm。制品型止水条定位后至浇筑下一段砼前应避免被水侵泡。设置止水条的环向施工缝宜在端面预留浅槽，槽应平整，槽宽应比止水条宽1-2mm，槽深应为止水条厚度的二分之一。2.5、嵌缝材料双组份聚硫密封膏缝内两侧应平整、清洁、无渗水，并涂刷与嵌缝材料相容的基层处理剂。嵌缝时应先设置与嵌缝材料隔离的背衬材料。嵌缝应密实，与两侧粘接牢固。2.6、变形缝施工变形缝缝隙较宽，选择变形缝防水材料时，除了选用中埋式钢边止水带止水外，还考虑到止水带有限的压缩变形能力和弹性变形能力以及与混凝土之间的密封还存在一定的缺陷，不能完全填充和密封其变形范围以外的孔隙，为此，又选用了一种具有“双重止水功

22、能”的外贴式止水带作补充，外贴式止水带通过与防水板进行焊接以此进一步达到防水效果，以及在明洞处加设遇水膨胀橡胶止水条。变形缝的设置与应符合下列规定：变形缝的位置、宽度、构造型式应符合设计要求；缝内两侧应平整、清洁、无渗水；缝底应先设置外贴式橡胶止水带；嵌缝应密实。施工准备在挡板上设置凸条浇筑防水混凝土拆模后清理预留槽口嵌入、固定止水条设置注浆管道安装质量检查浇注下循环混凝土注浆结束合格不合格变形缝施工流程图3、施工缝与变形缝防水质量检验标准3.1、施工缝防水3.1.1、施工缝所用的止水条、止水带等材料的品种、规格、性能等应符合设计要求。检验数量：按进场批次检验。检验方法：检查产品合格证、出厂检

23、验报告并进行相关性能指标试验。3.1.2、止水带的宽度和厚度应符合设计要求，厚度不得有负偏差。止水带的表面不得有开裂、缺胶和海绵状等影响使用的缺陷。检验数量：全部检查。检验方法：观察、尺量。3.1.3、止水条的宽度、厚度和直径应符合设计要求，表面不得有开裂、缺胶等缺陷。制品型遇水膨胀橡胶止水条应具有缓膨胀性能，其7d的膨胀率不应大于最终膨胀率的60%。检验数量：全部检查。检验方法：检查产品合格证和质量证明文件、进行相关指标试验、尺量。3.1.4、隧道衬砌混凝土施工缝防水构造型式应符合设计要求。检验数量：全部检查。检验方法：观察、尺量。3.1.5、施工缝的设置应符合下列规定：（1）边墙纵向施工缝

24、不应留置在剪力和弯矩最低处或底板与边墙的交接处，而应留置在高出底板顶面不小于30cm。（2）施工缝距预留孔洞边缘不应小于30cm。（3）设置止水条的环向施工缝，在端面预留浅槽，槽应平直，槽宽比止水条宽1-2mm，槽深为止水条厚度的1/2.检验数量：全部检查。检验方法：观察、测量。3.1.6、施工缝的浇筑应符合下列规定：（1）先浇筑的混凝土必须在达到强度后凿除混凝土表面的水泥砂浆和松软层，充分湿润，但不得有积水。凿毛使露出新鲜混凝土面积不低于75%。人工凿毛时混凝土应达到2.5MPa，风动机凿毛时混凝土应达到10MPa。（2）纵向施工缝后浇混凝土前，在凿毛的混凝土表面铺一层不大于30mm的砂浆或

25、不大于30cm的混凝土，并按设计要求设置止水条或止水带。（3）环向施工缝后浇混凝土前，在去除表面浮浆和杂物，设置制品型遇水膨胀止水条或中埋式止水带，涂刷水泥净浆或混凝土界面剂，及时浇注混凝土。检验数量：全部检查。检验方法：观察。3.1.7、止水带的安装、连接应符合下列规定：（1）止水带固定牢固、平直，不得有扭曲现象。（2）止水带安装径向位置允许偏差5cm，纵向位置允许偏离中心为3cm。中埋式其中心线应与施工缝（变形缝）的中心线重合。（3）止水带接头连接应采用焊接或设计要求，接缝平整、牢固，不得有裂口和脱胶现象。（4）背贴式止水带与防水板的连接方式应符合设计要求。检验数量：全部检查。检验方法：观

26、察、尺量。3.1.8、止水条安装、连接应符合下列规定：（1）止水条不得受潮，安装前应进行检查。（2）止水条安装位置应符合设计要求。（3）制品型遇水膨胀止水条接头应重叠搭接后再黏接固定，搭接长度不应小于50mm。（4）制品型遇水膨胀止水条定位后至浇筑下一环混凝土前，应避免被水浸泡。检验数量：全部检查。检验方法：观察、尺量。3.1.9、施工缝防水效果应良好，无渗水。检验数量：全部检查。检验方法：观察。3.2、变形缝防水3.2.1、变形缝所用止水条、止水带等材料的品种、规格和性能等的检验应符合验标的规定。3.2.2、变形缝嵌缝材料所采用的嵌缝板、密封料的品种、规格、性能指标应符合设计要求。检验数量：

27、按进场批次检验。检验方法：检查产品合格证、出厂检验报告并进行相关性能指标试验。3.2.3、变形缝的位置、宽度和构造形式等应符合设计要求。检验数量：全部检查。检验方法：观察、尺量。3.2.4、变形缝止水带、止水条防水施工的检验符合3.1.7和3.1.8的规定。3.2.5、变形缝嵌缝材料嵌填施工应符合下列规定：（1）缝内两侧平整、清洁、无渗水，涂刷的基层处理剂符合设计要求。（2）背衬材料的设置符合设计要求。（3）嵌填密实，与两侧黏结牢固。检验数量：全部检查。检验方法：观察。3.2.6、变形缝细部构造作法应符合设计要求，表面不得有渗水。检验数量：全部检查。检验方法：观察、尺量。3.2.7、用做沉降的
