6、业施工组织设计。ProfessionalconstructionorganizationdesignforsteamturbinesOfBangladeshKhulnaProjectDepartment2.0概述Summary本工程位于孟加拉国库尔纳市北部约6公里处，Bhairab河南岸。本工程为燃油/燃气双燃料双轴联合循环发电项目，本台工程设计安装一套GE公司生产的9F.03燃气轮发电机组,为新建1套9F.03AGP燃气轮发电机组、1套余热锅炉、1台汽轮机。Thisprojectislocatedabout6kilometersnorthofKhulnaCity,Bangladesh,ont

21、ationinspection检查混凝土基础表面应平整，无裂纹、孔洞、蜂窝、麻面和露筋等缺陷。检查基础中心线及基准点，允许偏差小于2mm。核对预埋地脚螺栓的数量、规格、位置及标高，预埋地脚螺栓的中心偏差不大于2mm,标高偏差应在0+2mm之内，对预留孔洞与预埋件也需要检查验收，保证其大小、位置和水平度都符合要求。Checkconcretesurfaceoffoundation,whichshouldbeflat,withoutdefectssuchascracks,holes,honeycomb,pittedsurfaceandexposedrebar.Checkthefoundationce

23、rsizes,positionsandlevelmeettherequirements.5.2.2基础面凿毛Foundationsurfacechippingtreatment按图纸要求，对需要二次灌浆的区域内，基础表面凿去浮浆层，露出混凝土坚硬表面层,注意不应将混凝土中钢筋暴露出来。在去除浮浆的同时，要确保凿毛后基础表面的平面度，不应出现局部凹坑。Inaccordancewiththerequirementsofthedrawings,theconcretefoundationsurfacethatneedssecondarygroutingareashouldbechippedtoremo

24、vetheconcretelaitancelayer,untilthehardconcretesurfaceexposed.Whenremovingconcretelaitancelayer,itisnecessarytoensurethefoundationsurfacesmoothafterchipping,anditshouldnotappearlocalpits.5.3.3 设备清洁检查Equipmentcleanupcheck设备到达现场后，应对设备、零部件、备件及专用工具的规格、数量和完好情况进行外观检查，包括腐蚀情况、设备受损伤情况等。设备安装前必须经清洗、外观检查合格。Afte

26、herequirementsofconstructiondrawingso5.3.6 设备附件安装DeviceAttachmentInstallation(1)设备安装完成，其随机附件及时安装。如:压力表、液位计、油位指示器、接口阀及其他附件。Equipmentinstallationcomplete,itsrandomaccessoriestobeinstalledinatimelymanner,suchas:pressuregauges,liquidlevelgauges,oillevelindicators,interfacevalvesandotheraccessories.(2)根据

27、设计方向、安装位置和安装要求的标高。Accordingtothedesigndirection,locationandelevationofinstallationrequirementsforaccessories.(3)暂时无法封闭的接口，使用硬材料暂时堵塞，防止碎片进入设备内部，影响未来运行的安全。Temporarilyunabletoclosetheinterfacetousehardmaterialfortemporaryplugging,preventdebrisintotheinsideofthedevice,affectingthesafetyoffutureoperation

30、orelectricpowerconstructionqualityacceptanceandevaluation_part5:Pipingandsystem2012.6.1 设备在安装前，必须按规定对设备进行检查。如发现有损坏或质量缺陷，应及时通知相关单位进行检查。对于设备制造缺陷，应联系制造厂研究处理。由于制造质量问题致使安装质量达不到规定时，应由施工单位、制造单位、建设或使用单位共同协商，另行确定安装质量标准后施工，设备检查和缺陷处理应有记录和签证。Equipmentmustbeinspectedasrequiredbeforeinstallation.Iftherehavedamage

32、nufacturingunitsandconstructionsideofemployeroruser,todeterminequalitystandardsoftheinstallationbeforeconstruction,andequipmentinspectionanddefecttreatmentshouldhaverecordsandverificationofwork.6.2 施工使用的重要材料均应有合格证和材质证件，在查核中对其质量有怀疑时，应进行必要的检验和鉴定。优质钢、合金钢、高温高压焊接材料、润滑油(脂)、抗燃油等的性能必须符合设计规定和国家标准，方准使用。Theimp

45、thighaltitudeshouldwearconvenientclothwithtightsleeves&bottomandsoftshoes.7.4.2 高处作业的人员应配带工具袋，较大的工具应系保险绳；传递物品时，严禁抛掷。Operatorswhoworkathighaltitudehaveworkbasket.Largertoolsshouldbetiedwithsafetyrope.Whenpassinggoods,westrictlyprohibitthrowingthem.7.4.3 高处作业不得坐在平台、孔洞边缘，不得骑坐在栏杆上，不得躺在走道上或安全网内休息。不得站在栏杆外
