7、项目经理安全经理施工经理质量经理后勤保障组测量组1. 项目经理Project manager项目经理是本项目安全生产第一责任者,负责整个项目的安全生产工作,要坚持安全生产“五同时”,认真贯彻国家安全生产方针、政策和法规。This project project manager is responsible for production safety first, it is understood that the whole project of the work of production safety, we must insist on safe production five at t
8、he same time, conscientiously implement the national production safety guidelines, policies and regulations.发生人身伤亡和未遂事故时,立即停止施工,保护现场和向上级报告,接受检查和配合查清事故原因和责任。提出整改措施,经上级主管部门验收合格后方准恢复施工,不得擅自撤除现场保护,强行复工。The accident happened personal casualty and attempted to stop the construction, immediately, protect t

10、rk.2.施工经理Construction manager认真贯彻执行国家的安全生产方针、政策和安全技术标准、规范。结合单位技术情况,制定贯彻实施的具体措施,并检查落实执行情况。Earnestly implement the principle of safety in production, policies and safety technical standards and specifications. Combining units to implement the technical conditions, formulate specific measures, check an
11、d implement implementation.3. 安全经理Safety manager认真贯彻落实上级主管部门和公司颁发的各项安全技术规范和规章制度,搞好公司的安全生产工作。Conscientiously implement superior departments and company awarded the various safety technology norms and regulations, improving the company of the work of production safety.协助项目经理开展各项安全生产工作,定时向项目经理汇报本项目安全生产

Participates in making security technology special construction scheme.负责对职工进行安全施工思想教育,对新工人进行安全规章制度、操作规程、劳动纪律的教育。Responsible for t

15、 and trade, places, enterprise concerning safety technical procedures and standards.第四章 安全会议管理 Management of safety meeting4.1 安全会的内容应通过公告栏的形式通知所有的员工,安全会的会议纪要应保存至整个工程结束。The content of safety meeting should be notified to all employees by the form of bulletin board,the meeting record should be kept u
16、ntil the end of the project.4.2 安全委员会。Safety committee施工经理及安全代表应参加安全委员会。Construction manager or safety commissary should attend the safety committee.4.3 工具箱会议 Toolbox meeting工具箱会议是消除安全隐患及加强员工安全意识的最有效的方法。工具箱会议是在工作开始前各工作组每周举行的一个短会。会上应解释确定每天或每周的工作计划、工作程序,其应包括以下内容:Toolbox meeting is to eliminate potenti

18、procedure 2)潜在的危险及预防措施。Potential danger and prevention measure3)所应用设备的安全操作指导。Operation guide of equipment4)确认是否获得工作许可。Confirmation of obtaining the work permit5)正确使用个人劳保护品。Correct using of labor protection matters6)通报其它临近区域的工作。Announce the work of other nearby site7)表面检查每一个工作的健康状态。Check the health c
19、ondition of each work8)根据需要合理的分配工人的工作。Assign the work reasonably4.4.班前会Briefing为了加强现场安全管理,改善班组长的工作方法,提高班组长的工作技能,增强工作现场的信息交流,保持对问题的及时跟进,塑造积极、向上的工作氛围。项目部特制定如下细则:In order to strengthen the safety management, improve the team leader work method, enhances the team leader work skills, strengthen job site

22、,主要内容为学习项目安全管理手册,了解本项目主要安全注意事项,增强安全意识,学习培训后应通过安全考核。All construction persons should attend safety training course, learn safety management manual, understand key safety attention of this project, strengthen safety consciousness, and should pass examination after training.5.2 施工人员安全管理措施 Personnel safe
