15、 and trade, places, enterprise concerning safety technical procedures and standards.第四章 安全会议管理 Management of safety meeting4.1 安全会的内容应通过公告栏的形式通知所有的员工，安全会的会议纪要应保存至整个工程结束。The content of safety meeting should be notified to all employees by the form of bulletin board，the meeting record should be kept u

16、ntil the end of the project.4.2 安全委员会。Safety committee施工经理及安全代表应参加安全委员会。Construction manager or safety commissary should attend the safety committee.4.3 工具箱会议 Toolbox meeting工具箱会议是消除安全隐患及加强员工安全意识的最有效的方法。工具箱会议是在工作开始前各工作组每周举行的一个短会。会上应解释确定每天或每周的工作计划、工作程序，其应包括以下内容：Toolbox meeting is to eliminate potenti

19、ondition of each work8)根据需要合理的分配工人的工作。Assign the work reasonably4.4.班前会Briefing为了加强现场安全管理，改善班组长的工作方法，提高班组长的工作技能，增强工作现场的信息交流，保持对问题的及时跟进，塑造积极、向上的工作氛围。项目部特制定如下细则：In order to strengthen the safety management, improve the team leader work method, enhances the team leader work skills, strengthen job site

22、，主要内容为学习项目安全管理手册，了解本项目主要安全注意事项，增强安全意识，学习培训后应通过安全考核。All construction persons should attend safety training course, learn safety management manual, understand key safety attention of this project, strengthen safety consciousness, and should pass examination after training.5.2 施工人员安全管理措施 Personnel safe

23、ty management measure确保行人及周围居民的人身安全。Ensure the safety of construction persons & the resident near work site.施工现场挂置五牌一图，悬挂宣传标语。Five boards, one drawing, and propaganda slogans should be set up on site.确保场地周围道路、各类管线和建筑物安全。Ensure the safety of road, pipelines, and building around work site.消除危及人身安全、设备安

24、全的隐患。Eliminate hidden safety troubles relative to employee and equipment.施工作业人员必须遵守安全管理制度，不得违规作业。Construction persons should comply with safety management regulations, forbidden to violate stipulations during construction duration.高空作业及水上作业必须系安全带和救生衣才能施工。Prohibit to work in sky and water before tyin

25、g safety belt and wearing lifesaving cloth.5.3设备使用安全教育Equipment use safety education 组织职工学习桩机操作规程 Organize workers learning piling machine operation procedures 5.3.1、机械操作人员须持证上岗，操作要集中思想，不准说笑，非机械操作人员禁止开机；Mechanical operation personnel must posts, the operation should concentrate, no kidding, not mech

26、anical operation personnel prohibited boot5.3.2、机械开始作业前，先对全部液压系统进行试运转。检查整机各部位全部正常后，再进行安全操作；Mechanical began before operation, first of all the hydraulic system commissioning. Check the machine parts all normal, then safe operation5.3.3、机械操作必须由专人进行指挥作业，桩机操作人员应听从指挥人员指挥，做到无人指挥不操作，信号不叫不操作；Mechanical ope

30、sistance is too big, make the pile cannot be held until elevation, prohibit any increase counterweight block, otherwise it will cause hydraulic components and the component damage5.3.8、桩顶不能最后压到设计标高时，必须将桩凿去，严禁用桩机行走的方式，将桩强行推断；Pile top cannot last pressure to design elevation, must the pile cut to, for

31、bidden to walk with piles machine in ways that make the pile forcibly inference5.3.9、在压桩过程中，如遇周围土体隆起，影响桩机行走时，应将桩机前进方向隆起的土铲去，不应强行通过，以免损坏桩机的构件；In piling process, such as the case of surrounding soils uplift, the influence of pile machine while walking along the direction of piling machine should be st

32、ripped off the swell of soil, should not be forced through piling machine, in order to avoid damage the component5.3.10、桩机在顶升过程中，应尽可能避免任一船形轨道压在已入土的单一桩顶上。Piling machine in jack-up process, should as far as possible to avoid any boat form rail pressure in the single pile top already soil第六章 施工设备安全管理 E

33、quipment safety management measure所有设备入场前均须经检查以便进场后能正常工作。All equipments should be checked before entering site so as to work normally after entering site.要严格按照各种设备的技术要求进行日检工作，填写检查表和做好设备的保养。Strictly according to the equipment technical requirements to do the daily check, fill the check form and maint

34、ain the equipment.严禁超负荷运转。Forbidden to run overload设备的存放应注意防潮、防雨、防高温、防火。Equipments should keep properly so as to prevent it from wet, rain, high temperature and fire.桩机等设备上做好防火，防漏油措施并保持场地卫生整洁。Do the measures to the pile machine to prevent from fire and oil leaking and keep the tidy of the site.第七章 施

35、工用电安全管理 Electricity safety management施工用电需遵守甲方有关用电规定及管理公司的安全用电要求，我公司对本项目用电安全管理如下：Electricity safety management should comply with the requirement of owner and manage company, our companys management toward electricity is list below:5.1 配电箱应有安全标志，绝缘防火设备，并有专人管理，配有绝缘手套、鞋、工具，进场前办理许可证。Generator securely

36、logo, insulation fireproof equipment specially-designated person, and management, equipped with insulation glove, shoes, tools, before the approach apply for a permit.5.2总路、分路漏电保护器选用合理、动作灵敏、可靠。General line and junction box select appropriate yare protect device.5.3 接零（地）良好，重复接地符合要求。Well connect to t

37、he ground, and comply with the requirement 5.4 线径与负荷相匹配，电线无老化，破皮现象。Electrical wire has no sign of aging and break. 5.5 用电设备的管理、维护必须由经过培训后持证上岗的电工操作。The management and maintenance of electricity equipment should be taken by trained electrician.5.6 每台设备为一用电单元均由电工接线，不允许私接电源，每一用电单元实行三级安全保护。No allowance o

38、f private connection of electrical source.5.7 电缆、电线力求架空或深埋，并设有显著标志，防止漏电和触电的发生。Cable and electrical wire is better to high rack or deep bury.第八章 施工现场安全管理 Construction site safety management8.1 现场安全 Site safety 现场设置安全基本标识牌、横幅、标语等。随时提醒作业人员注意安全。Set out basic sign, banner and slogan to remind workers pay

39、 attention to safety. 各路口、危险区域设置警示牌。Set out warning slogan at each crossing and dangerous area 杜绝“三违”，严格按章办事，出现事故，采取正确急救措施，同时上报。Put an end to “three disobey”, adopt correct emergency measurements when encounter any accident. 建立安全管理责任制，积极开展劳动安全检查活动。Set out safety management responsibility system. 现场配

40、备医疗急救箱，以备意外情况使用。Equip first aid box at the site.8.2 消防 Fire fighting 消防设备合格有效，位置合理。The fire fighting equipment is effective, and the position is reasonable. 培训施工人员掌握正确使用消防设备。Train the workers to master the right way to use fire fighting equipment. 定期、不定期检查火情隐患。Check the hidden trouble of fire in a c

41、ertain and uncertain time. 加强平时消防教育。Strength the fire fighting education in ordinary time 如有火情，立即使用灭火器，并报告项目经理和安全工程师，如火情严重，应拨打119，请专业消防排除险情。Use fire extinguisher immediately when find any fire, and report to project manager and security engineer; if the fire is severity, it should call 119. 8.3 安全警卫

42、 Security Guard 工地入口处设立警卫室。 Set up security guard booth at the entrance of construction site. 施工人员持证上岗。All construction persons will work with permit. 只有施工人员才能进入施工现场。Only construction person can enter construction site. 车辆和机械设备只有在获得安全经理的同意才能进场。Mechanical equipment & vehicle can enter construction si

43、te only after getting the approval of safety manager.第九章 工作许可 Work permit根据业主的要求，下列工作需要安全许可：According to the requirement of owner, the following jobs need safety permit:9.1 开挖工作许可；Excavation work permit9.2 高空作业许可；High work permit9.3 送电和断电工作许可； Electricity work permit9.4 设备和材料的进出门许可；Equipment and mat

44、erial mobilization permit 9.5 车辆的进出门许可。Vehicle passing permit9.6 动火许可。Hot work permits第十章 清洁卫生 Sanitation所有员工有责任保持工地、办公室和其它场所的秩序和清洁卫生，要保持整洁的主要内容有：All employees are responsible for the cleanness of site, including:10.1 有效利用场地和设备以提供方便和安全的工作条件 Effectively use site and equipment to provide convenient an

45、d safe working condition10.2 获得维护消防及安全的工作条件 Attain the working condition which support fire fighting and safety10.3 清除影响通行的障碍物和可能成为火源的易燃物，以消除事故和火灾的起因；当天下班后，所有人员要花上10分钟的时间清洁他们的工作区域，把设备材料等放整齐。Clear up the transportation barrier and the tinder; addition 10mins shall be cost to clean the jobsite and settle the equipment.10.4 及时地
