5、发展,都起着有力的推动作用。因此,积极构建教师合作的文化氛围,探索行之有效的合作模式,应该成为促进学校本位的教师团队合作和教师专业发展的一个至关重要的途径。教师职业不仅具有“育人”的职能,同时也具有高度的“育己”精神。只有教师具备高度的“育己”能力,才有可能更好地达到“育人”目的。教育是一个复杂的系统工程。中学教师团队合作和教师专业发展在教育这个系统中,也就深受整体系统的影响。中学教师团队合作和教师专业发展不是教师个体的事情,而是与教育系统紧密联系的,深受复杂的教育系统中各种因素的影响和制约。随着新课程改革的进一步推行,教师团队合作和教师专业发展已经成为教师面临的主要问题之一。新课程改革在教育
6、观、课程观、教师观、学生观等方面对教师提出了全新的要求,教师专业发展面临着更多的来自内部和外部困难和障碍。了解教师团队合作和教师专业发展现状,探究影响教师团队合作和教师专业发展因素是促进教师团队合作和教师专业发展的前提和依据。本文针对影响教师团队合作和教师专业发展因素,形成促进教师专业发展的策略。教师团队合作对促进教师信息共享、优化教师知识结构、促进教师实践知识显性化、提高教师反思能力、发展教师创造性思维、强化教师自我教育等方面具有重要的作用。教师专业发展是关于教师发展认识转型过程中产生的新观念,一方面体现了教师劳动的专业性,另一方面体现了教师发展的专业自觉性、主动性与创造性。教师专业发展的内
7、在机制源自构成教师素养的各要素在教师的日常生活中的互动与生成。教师专业发展是对教师专业化理路加以扬弃的选择,而教师专业性的诉求则是教师专业发展的内在依据和根本动力。教师专业发展的持续开展也有助于提升教师专业化的程度。本研究在参考大量有关教师专业发展的研究基础上,通过文献法、调查法、访谈法,了解教师专业发展的现状,分析阻碍教师专业发展的各种影响因素,力求形成具有系统性、针对性和有效性的促进教师专业发展的策略。论文主要有四个部分组成。第一部分:绪论。概述本课题研究的来源及理论现实意义,阐述本课题的来源及理论现实意义,阐述关于中学化学教师教师团队合作和教师专业发展的研究方法及基本内容。概述与中学化学
8、教师教师团队合作和教师专业发展相关的概念。第二部分:主要介绍了中学化学课程的特点、新课程理念下的化学教学,阐述了化学课程改革的背景、新课程理念的变化、新课程理念下化学课程的教学策略及化学课程的教学创新。第三部分:主要介绍了教师团队合作的概念、教师团队合作的优势、教师团队的合作模式、新课程下教师合作团队的基本原则、教师团队合作的必要性、中学教师团队合作精神缺失的表现、教师团队合作精神缺失的原因分析,重点内容放在从学校和教师自身的出发,分别提出了培养中学教师团队合作精神的对策。第四部分:主要介绍了教师专业研究的起因、教师专业形成与发展的基本原理、我国教师专业发展的现状与问题、促进中小学教师高水平快
9、速专业发展的策略与途径、教师专业发展的意义。第五部分:结论。本结论主要包括论文的核心观点,交代本研究工作的局限,提出未来工作的意见或建议。希望能在以后的工作和研究中继续深化对本课题的研究,为新课程下中学化学教师的团队合作和专业发展服务。关键词:化学课程;教师团队合作;教师专业发展;影响因素;促进策略;中学教师 AbstractTeachers shoulders the dissemination of human civilization, the development of human intelligence, shaping the sacred mission of the hum
10、an soul.The school culture is the microscopic environment where teachers learning teams and professional development. The teacher culture, as the subculture of the school culture, influences teachers subtly and is an important factor on teachers learning teams and professional development. Lots of p
11、ractice and research has indicated that isolated teacher cultures are disadvantageous to teachers learning teams and professional development, while cooperative teacher cultures benefit not only teachers but also schools development, playing a powerful impetus role. Therefore, actively constructing
12、a culture of cooperation and exploring effective cooperation models should be a critical approach to promoting school-based teachers learning teams and professional development. The function of teacher oceupation is not only“nurtures others”,but also“nurtures oneself”. Only then the teacher has high
13、ly“nurtures oneself” ability,then has the possibility to aehieve the goal of“nurtures others”. The education is a system engineering. Middle school teachers learning teams and professional development is in the education system, so it must be influenced by the system. The middle teachers learning te
14、ams and professional development is not only teacher things,but also influenced and restricted by the complex education system. The new currieulum reform put forward completely new requires on our view and understanding of edueation,curriculum,teachers and students. The development of teachers learn

We need to explore the factors that influencing teachers learning teams and professional development and accordingly find the strategies for sake of the pertinence,validity and availability of our efforts.

It reflects the professionalism of teaching, and the teachers professional consciousne

The internal mechanism of teacher professional development is the interaction and generation of the various elements of the personal qualities of a teacher in the teachers daily life. Teacher professional development and teacher professionalization are two sides of the
20、 same coin, and the expectations of teacher professionalism can influence the contents and ways of activities of teacher professional development.The essay analysed the influencing factors of middle school teachers learning teams and professional development based on lots of relevant researeh.
