For example, when Howard felt that the smell of the cheese in toasted sandwiches was interfering with the aroma of coffee, he told the shops to stop selling the sandwiches. In another incide
11、nt, the company once bought some new coffee machines. However, they were so tall that customers couldnt see the servants properly.
