In general, authorized capital is set at HK$10,000 with face value of HK$1.00 per share (minimu

In such case, an additional amount of capital duty calculated based on 0.1% of the additional authorized capital is required to be paid to the Government. Issued cap

18、ng Kong has only one member and that member is also the sole director (other than a body corporate) of the company, the company may in general meeting, notwithstanding anything in its articles, nominate a person who has attained the age of 18 years as a Reserve Director of the company to act in the
