32、种振动都很低，所以噪声也低。尤其在井下或煤仓这种封闭的场所，噪音无法扩散，而电动给料机就没法达到这一要求。4 安装方便、空间少 往复式给煤机不需要另外配仓口闸门导料槽及电动机支座，方便安装，容易调整，而电动的给煤机不耐磨不能承受压力，需要另外设置导料槽仓口，相比之下，往复式给煤机占的空间较小，节省了摆放空间和资金成本。二、研制大型往复式给煤机的必要性根据以上的特点，我们综合考虑到在煤矿井下这一恶劣条件下，以及在要求控制噪声的条件下，我们应首先选择往复式给煤机。大型的往复式给煤机这一系列的给煤机应满足下列要求。1 满足大型矿井生产能力的要求 我国的矿井在不断的扩大中，所以对生产能力的要求也在增加

37、导向轮，同时在轴上安装定位装置。四、经济效益分析要运输2000t/h的给料量，应该布置两台大型给煤机，并且布置四台K4给煤机或者布置四台电振给煤机。这几种配置方法其经济效益比较如下。1开采量的增大 大硐室虽然使开采量增大了，但它也同时带来了许多副作用，四台往复式给煤机联合布置，设备之间的检修空间和操作空间成为了问题，比较可知，其硐室工程量大于两台大型往复式给煤机；而若采用四台振动绐料机，需要高度差大，噪声也随之增大，但小的空间又不能满足要求。这样比较可得出，布置两台大型给煤机的方案是最经济的。2 耗电量的多少 大型往复式给煤机的功率较小，两台大型给煤机的耗电量与四台K4给煤机或电振给煤机几乎一样。3 设备成本 大型给煤机的部件不易损坏，而且因为采用标准硬齿面减速器，所有要维修的工程也较小，而四台给煤机的维修费是大型给煤机的两倍，电振给煤机的维修费更加大。 研制大型往复式给煤机，适应了我国煤炭发展的需要，扩大了给煤机部件的选型范围。更因为大型给煤机在济宁二号矿井的成功使用，为我国提供了新的大型给煤设备，所有我们要广泛使用。
