1、摘 要优秀体育人才的竞争是竞技体育的一大特点,而竞技体育发展的基础是后备人才培养。一旦抓不好体育后备人才培养,找不到一条符合现代体育的科学发展规律,就必然会导致体育发展的恶性循环。而高中体育作为后备人才培养的一部分,也起着举足轻重的地位,因为高中阶段是运动员不管是心里还是生理迈向成人的关键一个时期,在这个阶段如果充分的把学生运动员的潜能发挥出来,对以后运动员的运动生涯起着长远的影响,而近些年来有很多优秀的案例,证明了高中出来的体育后备人才,并不比专业体校出来的运动员差,而且还更加优秀,因为高中阶段的学生运动员要兼顾学习和体育的双重锻炼,文化修为的提高,会间接的对运动成绩起到潜移默化的帮助,例如
2、清华的胡凯,王宇都是本身有着优异的学习成绩,而且运动成绩也是亚洲顶级行列的,而本文的目的就是在探讨在吉林市地区高中田径训练的一些详细状况,来找到一条内部的规律,希望能对中国体育后备人才的培养有些指导性的建议和帮助。本文运用了体育统计学的一些基本原理,全面的调查和分析了吉林市城区内高中的体育业余训练的一些状况,全面的分析了参加训练的学生和教练的详细情况,之后纪录和分析统计数据,发现相关问题并提出建设性的建议,研究主要结论如下:1、参训学生的男女比例不均衡是吉林市高中田径特长生的一大特点,而且所参训的项目也极其不平均,大部分学生集中的项目在短跑、中长跑、跳远等,而对于一些相对复杂的田径运动来说,如
3、跳高,三级跳远标枪等项目参与人数较少。2、训练时间相对较少也是吉林市高中田径特长生训练的所面临的一个问题,大部分学生每周训练5次,每天只有下午自习时间训练,每天训练不足3个小时,而且大部分的特长生开始从事系统训练时间多数在3年左右。3、吉林市高中田径特长生的整体运动水平不高,大多集中在二级水平左右,而且文化课成绩相对集中在中下游水平,甚至在班级后几名,文化课和训练的矛盾突显,而且家长对于学生参训的态度也不是很积极。4、就目前对于吉林市区的高中田径训练的特长生来说,大部分的学生还是以升学为目的,七层左右学生为进入师范类院校的体育教育专业而训练,另外一部分学生为进入高水平运动员和单招考试而努力训练
4、。5、对于调查分析的大部分吉林市高中田径训练的教师教练员来说,年龄多集中在40岁上下,而且多数为本科毕业,大学毕业多年,知识结构陈旧,而且自身更新知识较慢,而且外出培训机会不多,科研几乎没有。6、大部分教师教练员的训练动机不明确,多数为完成学校领导下达的教学任务,其次是学生本身的升学需要,其实是为更高一级运动队培养和输送人才,而且训练计划,和整个全年训练纲要不明确,很多不能按计划完成训练计划,多数以个人经验完成训练任务。随意性较大。关键词:吉林市;高中;田径Abstract Sports is ultimately a competition of excellent sports talen

How scientifically sustainable cultivation of high school track
9、 and field sports talented students, school leaders especially coaches should seriously think about. In this paper, literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and logic from other research methods and gender distribution of the number of participating students; parents of students partici
10、pating in the training; the training participating students; students participating sports scores; participating student culture results attitude: the age structure of the coaches; the coaches coaching life; selection of several coaches and so in-depth analysis, after the record and analysis of stat
