1、当前我国民主社会主义思潮热的原因分析 【论文标题】当前我国民主社会主义思潮热的原因分析 【英文标题】The Research of Chinese Male Elite 100-meters Athletes Strength Training【中文摘要】 前段时期以来,我国学术界和理论界出现了一股民主社会主义思潮热的现象,这种思潮为什么会是在这个时期又出现热点,甚至发出“只有民主社会主义才能救中国”的呐喊,这些都是值得我们深入探讨和研究的问题。笔者认为,在这个时候明确提出中国走民主社会主义道路并非某个人的意向和偏好,而是有其深刻的历史与现实社会背景的。为此,我们有必要认真地探讨当前民主社会主

2、义思潮影响中国的原因。本文希望从民主社会主义思潮热的现象入手,查找出民主社会主义思潮影响我国的具体原因。这对于我们在实践中进一步完善和发展中国特色社会主义理论体系、坚持走中国特色社会主义道路具有重要意义。本文分为四个部分。第一部分在简要阐述民主社会主义概念的基础上对民主社会主义和科学社会主义进行了理论上的辨析。民主社会主义概念的基本内容是:第一,主张多元化的世界观;第二,把民主制视为社会主义最高原则,认为社会主义就是民主制在社会各个领域的彻底实现;第三,逐步放弃生产资料公有制作为社会主义社会的主要标志,主张混合经济等等。民主社会主义与科学社会主义具有理论渊源上的一致性,但是对社会主义基本原则和

3、本质特征的认识存在较大的差异性。第二部分回顾了民主社会主义在我国的演变及其影响。民主社会主义在20世纪初传入我国,这一时期民主社会主义基本没有传播的土壤,更不会产生什么影响,即便存在的话,也仅仅是理论界批判的对象。改革开放以来,民主社会主义思潮在中国有了一定的市场。新时期,民主社会主义思潮逐渐由西往东传播,在东欧社会主义国家中大大提高了影响力,在中国也有了一定传播,几十年未曾兴起的民主社会主义思潮借改革开放之机又在中国重新出现。特别是苏东剧变以后,社会主义和共产主义运动跌入低潮,民主社会主义思想在我国的影响逐渐扩大,直至当前形成民主社会主义思潮热。第三部分全面分析了当前出现民主社会主义思潮热现

4、象的原因。其直接诱因是对改革开放政策的反思,经济原因是社会主义市场经济体制模式的形成,社会因素集中表现为社会建设领域相对滞后,国际背景主要为社会民主党战略的调整和国际共运的低潮。第四部分阐述了民主社会主义思潮给予我们的启示:在当前中国社会转型的重要时期,我们需要从价值理念和具体制度层面吸收民主社会主义理论和实践的合理因素;要坚定不移地发展社会主义民主政治;要以社会公正为理念,促进和实现社会和谐;要坚定不移地走中国特色社会主义道路【英文摘要】 In the recent period, the thought of democratic socialism presented itself ag

5、ain in Chinas academic and theoretical circles. Why the thought is so popular in recent years and why the remark of “Only democratic socialism can save China”gains its market deserve a thorough research. In the opinion of author, why the claim that China should follow the road of democratic socialis

6、m remerging at this time is not simply out of someones preference, but come from its own profound social background of history and reality. In view of the above mentioned fact, it is necessary to seriously explore the reasons of the popularity of the democratic socialism thought in China. In this th

7、esisi the author starts with the analysis of the popularity of the democratic socialism thought and find out the specific reasons that have impacts on China. The findings are of practical meanings for us further improving and developing the theory system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and

8、 adhering to the socialist road with Chinese characteristics.This thesis consists of four parts.The first part differentiates the concept of democratic socialism from scientific socialism in theory based on the brief introduction of democratic socialism. The basic concept of democratic socialism is

9、as follows. Firstly, democratic socialism holds a world view of pluralism. Secondly, democratic socialism views democracy as the supreme principle of socialism and views socialism as the thorough realization of the democracy in all fields of the human society. Thirdly, democratic socialism claims th

10、at the public ownership of means of subsistence, one of the main indicator of a socialist society, should be abandoned by steps. Meanwhile, it advocates a mixed economy. Through democratic socialism and scientific socialism are of same theoretical origin, they disagree with the basic principles and

11、the true nature of socialism.The second part reviews the evolvement of democratic socialism in China and its impact. Democratic socialism came into China in the early 20th century. During the period, democratic socialism had neither soil for existence nor impact. It was only the object of theory cri

12、ticizing. Since the reform and opening up, ideas of democratic socialism gained some kind of popularity in China. In new era, with democratic socialism spreading from the West to the East, its influence in socialist countries in Eastern Europe broadened and China fell into its influence. The thought

13、 of democratic socialism that have never showed up for decades now comes forth , taking the chance of Chinese reform and opening up. Since the socialism and communism movement in the world sufferred setbacks , especially after the drastic changes in Eastern Europe and the dinintergration of the Sovi

14、et Uinon Russia, democratic socialism gradually gained its influence and now became popular phenomena again.The third part is a comprehensive analysis about the current popularity of the democratic socialism. Peoples reflection on the reform and opening up policy is the direct inducement. The econom

15、ic reason is due to the formation of the socialism market economic system pattern. The social reasons mainly concentrate on the lagging of the fields of social construction. The main strategic adjustment of the foreign Social Democratic Party and the setbacks of international communist movement cons

16、ist of its international background.The fourth part set outs the lesson that we can draw from the thought of democratic socialism. During the transition period of China, we need to absorb the reasonable factors of democratic socialism theory both in value level and in concrete system level. We shoul

17、d unswervingly develop socialism democratic politics, hold on the idea of social justice and promote the realization of social harmony.
