1、平原采煤塌陷区生态治理研究 平原采煤塌陷区生态治理研究 【摘要】 平原区大面积的采煤塌陷破坏了生态环境,制约了当地经济发展,产生了一系列深层次社会问题与矛盾。作为山东省乃至全国重要能源基地的济宁市表现尤为突出。传统的土地复垦模式不能有效解决采煤塌陷区可持续发展面临的问题。因此,依据当地的自然条件和社会经济条件对塌陷区进行生态治理,使之达到最佳的生态、经济和社会效益,是目前迫在眉睫、亟待解决的问题。本研究追踪国内外研究现状和发展趋势,根据可持续发展的要求,明确指出采煤塌陷区的治理应以重建生态经济系统、实现生态产业链为目标。在调查分析济宁市土地塌陷与治理现状的基础上,结合济宁市城市建设、旅游开发,

2、以采煤塌陷区治理作为济宁市生态和经济可持续发展的切入点及煤炭城市向生态城市转型的重要契机,提出“大农业”、“大旅游”、“大生态”的治理思路。根据不同采煤塌陷地类型,提出三种治理模式,并对不同的塌陷分区提出相应的治理方案。为保证治理工程实施的长效性,对采煤塌陷地治理后的使用与管理模式提出建议。最后对济宁市采煤塌陷地生态治理效益进行分析,说明治理方案的可操作性。【Abstract】 Vast areas of subsidence lands of coal extraction on the plains cause damage to the ecological environment an

3、d slow down local economic growth.Consequently,a series of social problems and contradictions have occurred.The traditional land reclamation pattern cannot resolve the sustainable development problems that coal mine subsidence is facing,so it is urgent to improve the ecological environment and achie

4、ve the best ecological,social and economic benefits after eco-rehabilitation according to the local natural conditions and societal economy.According to the requirements of sustainable development,the aim of the reclamation of subsidence lands is clearly pointed out after analyzing the research of t

5、he present situation and the trend on this issue at home and abroad,which is to reconstruct ecological system and realize ecological industry chain.On the basis of the investigation and the analysis of the subsidence lands and the reclamation status in Jining and taking the reclamation of subsidence

6、 lands as the cut-in point of the sustainable development of ecology and economy and a major turning point from a coal industry city to an ecological city,the author puts forward the strategy of building Big Agriculture Big Tourism and Big Ecology according to the city construction and the tourism d

7、evelopment of Jining City. Based on different types of subsidence lands,respective restoration scheme and three kinds of reclamation patterns are set forth by the author.In order to get the long-term effect,suggestions are given in terms of the utilization and the management mode of subsidence lands
