23、测温范围：0-70 精度：0.14、时间范围：99S 精度：0.1S5、针入范围：50mm 精度：0.1mm三、仪器结构（如图）该仪器是机电一体化产品，其结构主要由电子测控和机械执行两部分组成；测控部分有显示器、状态指示灯和键盘；显示器:左边窗口显示针入值,右边窗口显示时间或温度；状态指示灯：分别为“设定”、“控温”、“时间”、“温度”；按键为：“设定”、“控温”、“时/温”、“”、“ ”、“结果”、“1”、“试验”。其中“”表示数值增加，“ ”表示数值减少（在设定状态时，用以改变试验时间或温度数据的大小）。.四、使用方法：1、在水槽内加入适量的水（满过盛样器），打开电源，左边窗口显示针入值（

24、开机为），右边窗口显示0.1S电子钟。2、试验时间及温度的选择：开机时，仪器自动设定试验时间5S，温度25.0，若查看，先按“设定”键，设定与时间指示灯同时亮，右边窗口自动显示5S，按“时/温”键盘，温度指示灯亮，右边窗口切换显示25.0；最后再按“设定”键退出。如果时间、温度需要重设定，请按下面的操作顺序进行：例如：将时间设定为4.5S时A 按“设定”键，设定指示灯与时间指示灯同时亮，此时右边窗口自动显示5.0；B 按“”，此时右边窗口显示4.9，再按一次，右边窗口时间即减少0.1S，直到右边窗口显示4.5即可。C 再按“设定”键退出设定状态。再例如：将温度设定为25.5时 按“设定”键，设

25、定指示灯与时间指示灯亮，右边显示5.0； 按“时/温”键，温度指示灯亮，此时右边窗口显示25.0； 按“”键，此时右边窗口显示25.1，按一次，右边窗口温度即增加0.1，直到右边窗口显示25.5时即可。 再按“设定”键退出设定状态。、如果水需要控温，把温度传感器放入水槽加热器上方，按“控温”键，控温指示灯亮，仪器自动按设定数据对水进行控温；如果不需要控温，就不按“控温”键；若已处于控温状态（即控温指示灯亮），而不需要控温，则再按一次“控温”键，使控温指示灯灭即可。、当温度达到试验所需的温度时，旋转升降螺母，使测针与试件表面对好，按“试验”键，针入试验开始，此时右边窗口显示启动后的实际时间，左边

26、窗口显示实测针入值，设定时间到，仪器自动停止针入并记录试验结果;一组试验结束,左边窗口自动显示平均值。试验结果也可通过“结果”键读取。五、常见故障与维护 仪器开机不显示首先电源插头是否插紧，其次把调平螺丝顺时针旋转，使螺丝不能接触线路板，如不行，把仪器前面板打开，看仪器程序有没有松动。 仪器不控温检查仪器后面控制加热插接线是否插好，温度传感器有无放在水槽中，控温指示灯是否亮，如一切正常，再检查设定温度是否比实际温度低。 温度不准校准：把温度传感器及标准温度计放入冰水混合物中搅拌，调整温度校准温度电位器，使显示温度与校准的温度数据相同即可。 没有位移检查执行线是否插好，按“F1”键，看左边窗口是否有数据显示，推动位移传感器导杆数据是否随之变化。 不针入检查线、插头是否插好，看设定指示灯是否亮，如亮将其按灭即可。六、注意事项1、仪器安装后调平螺丝不能旋得太多，否则调平螺丝会顶到线路板，使仪器显示不正常。、加热器严禁干烧。七、装箱清单1、控制器一台；2、水浴一个；3、测针三支；4、照明灯一个；5、电源线一根；6、加热器线一根；7、三角架一个；8、盛样皿一只；9、连杆法码一套；10、说明书一份；11、合格证一张。
