1、温州绕城高速西南线第2标段模板配置方案一、墩身模板配置方案1、概况本标段共有桥梁1787m/2座,其中大桥1座具体实施桩号(乌岩山桥)左线ZK6+815.9ZK6+999.1 ,长183.2米;右线YK6+894.2YK6+970.8,长76.6米;特大桥1座(郭溪高架)具体实施桩号:左线ZK8+319.386ZK9+979.5 ,长1660米;右线YK8+318.4YK9+979.5,长1661米。桥墩为柱式墩和门式墩,墩高3.9616.65m,合计244个墩柱,墩高合计2532.5m。其中柱式墩墩身直径共分1.3m、1.4m、1.5m、1.6m、1.8m五种型号,门式墩墩身尺寸分1.5m*

10、m以内;(2)、柱系梁与墩柱一起整体浇筑,有柱系梁部分墩身按两次浇筑考虑;(3)、模板周转期按7天考虑;(4)、模板标准节2m,调整节采用1m、0.5m。4、施工区域划分:管段内桥梁墩身施工分四个施工区域,分别为:乌岩山桥、郭溪高架1#14#墩、郭溪高架15#31#墩、郭溪高架32#49#墩。5、墩柱模板配置计划:5.1柱式墩施工(1)、直径1.3m柱式墩:共17个墩柱,合计墩高97.287m,最大墩高9.691m。配置模板一套:(2m*6节)+(0.5m*1节),需周转10次,专供乌岩山桥。(2)、直径1.4m柱式墩:共12个墩柱,合计墩高87.607m,最大墩高10.414m,配置模板一套
