16、运安全和避免污染损害海洋环境;(二)有利于争取货源、保持航区、降低保险费率,以及为索赔、处理海事提供技术依据,以争取最佳效益;(三)保证船旗国对船舶的管理和控制,方便船舶顺利通过PSC检查。,船舶安全检验,船舶检验的基本种类:船级检验:是根据船级社验船规范和技术标准进行检验并签发船级证书,船级检验通常由船级社进行.,船舶安全检验,法定检验:是根据国际公约、国家法令及法律的规定对船舶进行检验并签发船舶法定证书。法定检验必须由主管机关或其授权的组织或个人进行.,船舶安全检验,临时检验、公证检验等。公证检验包括海损检验、索赔检验、起租退租检验、船舶状况鉴定、货损状况鉴定等。临时检验是我国有关规定中涉
