36、的重要参数 “制冷系数（冷效比）”是指输入涡流管的压缩空气与输出冷气的百分比，压缩空气总量为分母，比压缩空气总量少些的冷气量为分子。制冷系数越小，冷气的温度就越低。 制冷系数也取决于涡流管中涡流发生器的型号，例如：“高制冷系数型”或“低制冷系数型”涡流发生器。绝大多数工业应用中使用高制冷系数(制冷系数超过 50%)的涡流发生器。高制冷系数的涡流管很容易将常温下的压缩空气温度变成输出温度比压缩空气温度低50-90F (28-50C)的冷气。 高制冷系数型可以提供更多的冷气流，但不能输出极限最低温度。高制冷系数工作模式下输出的冷气气流和在这个系数下的冷气温度可产生最大制冷量，或者最大的Btu/H

37、(Kcal/H)。 低制冷系数(制冷系数低于50%)就意味着涡流发生器只能产生少量而且温度更低(低温可达 -40F/-40C)的冷气。简单的说，产生的冷气越少，冷气的温度就越低。我们应该记住，最大的Btu/H (Kcal/H)功率（也叫最大冷却量或制冷量）是在高制冷系数的涡流管中产生的。 两种规格，十种不同性能涡流管可供选择 只需更换涡流发生器，美国埃泰克公司的每一根涡流管都能有十个工作参数范围可选择。无论是高或低制冷系数的冷气发生器，都有输入压缩空气容量为8, 10, 15, 25 和 35 SCFM (220, 280, 420, 700, 990 SLPM)的参数范围可以选择。客户可以单

39、制作人体空调服。 涡流管应用范例 交通运输业点焊接点焊接工艺中，使用涡流管对焊接点进行冷却，可以避免二次清洁和平整焊接点的操作，大大增进焊接质量和产品焊接外观。 可塑整形消除纵裂涡流管应用于轮胎高速切割工艺中把冷气持续的注入切削刀具的切削口，就能保持刀具持续锋利，避免因切削造成热量累积损坏刀具，同时也保证了切口的光洁度。 金属加工避免出碎渣不用冷却液而改用 0F (-18C)从涡流管出来的冷气来冷却，可以避免黄铜加工中出现碎渣现象，没有黄铜渣的累积，切削过程变得更加清洁，也避免了加工完工件以后的二次清理环节。 金属加工单点切削螺纹工艺冷却单点切削加工中的热量累积会缩短切削刀具的寿命和生产出粗糙
