6、ode keys and screens is shown in Figure 5-2. This diagramshows all of the potential screens that could appear. However, only the screensthat are related to the 505s programmed functionality will appear. Figure 5-2also shows the keys that are active for each screen. The hot keys (Speed, Aux,etc.) are

7、 always active if the function is programmed. The ADJUST UP/DOWN,ENTER, YES/NO keys, however, are only active with certain screens. 14、OCP) integrated into one package. The 505s service panel consists of a 30-keykeypad and LED display located on the front of the control. The LED display hastwo, 24 character lines that can be used to display operating parameters andtrouble-shoot parameters in plain English. The service panel is used

15、 to configurethe 505, make On-Line program adjustments, and operate the turbine/system.No additional panels are required to operate the turbine, every turbine controlfunction can be from the 505s front panel. However, the turbine can also beoperated remotely. Every front panel control operation can

16、be performedremotely through contacts or Modbus communications. Whena respective “Hot” key (Aux, Casc, KW, etc.) function is not programmed, aFUNCTION NOT PROGRAMMED message will be appear if the key is

20、。Starting ProceduresRefer to the turbine manufacturers operating procedures for completeinformation on turbine start up, and Chapter 3 of this manual for a step by stepprocedure, depending on the start mode selected. 22、he control. Screens 4, 5 and 6 will always appear. Ifidle/rated is programmed, screen 1 will appear. If the auto start sequence ifprogrammed, screens 2 and 3 will appear. The Speed setpoint is instantly set to theturbines actual speed and the sequence will continue from this point. Thissequence is automatic, however the sequence can be halted. Halting the Auto

42、Start Sequence can be performed by pressing the front panel NO key from theSequence Status screen (screen 2), opening the Halt/Continue contact (ifprogrammed), selecting Halt from a Modbus communications link, or selectingSpeed Setpt Raise or Lower. To provide feedback, a relay can be programmedto i
