9、nterview/人工面试 face to face interview,结构化面试和非结构化面试Structured Interview and Unstructured Interview,结构化面试,是指依照预先确定的内容、程序、分值结构进行的面试形式。Structured Interview the questions and acceptable responses are specified in advance.非结构化面试,是指面试的内容、程序等都没有明确的规定,主试者可以根据被试者的具体情况以及面试的需要随机提出问题,并且可以根据被试者的回答的某一方面进行深入、彻底、多层次的
