The bags of this equipment are arranged in array with advantages of small volume, big filtering area, inside filter and oscillating type cleaning. And also the bags are very easy to be changed and efficiency of dust collection is up to 99%. Type

3、F351 is a normal bag-type dust collector made of common terylene filter material, and this equipment can be widely applied in the metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery and chemical industrials. 1 Structure and Operating Principle This collector is made up of chamber, eccentric drive (cra

4、nk rocker), round filter bags and cleaning bucket. (See schematic 1)Operating principle: the dusty air enters the filter bags through the chamber and the dust adhere to the inner wall of bags. Under the action of high pressure blower, the filtered air is discharged through the filter bags. When the

5、dust accumulates at certain thickness on the inside wall of filter bags, the opto-electrical system will control the eccentric drive to move the dust and collect it into the bucket in the bottom of the chamber.2 Main Technical Data1 Filter Area: 102 Filtration Velocities: 99%4 Ash Content: 120mg/m5

Filter materials are differently used according to the different inlet air temperatures. The filter material of

7、 this collector is tyrelene 208 and the allowed inlet air temperature is 80. 4 Resistances to Motion When the load running is normal, the equipment resistance shall be in the range of 8001200pa. The efficiency of collector will be lower if the resistance was below 800pa. 5 Installation Requirements

8、1 A canopy shall be built above the collector if it was installed outdoor. 2 When assembling the chamber, please make sure its horizontal and then joint it with the pre-buried steel plate. 6 Maintenance Requirements 1 Operators on duty shall check the running situation of electric control system and add lubricating oil to the drive parts regularly.2 Watch over the outlet air consistency at all time. If there was heavy dust, check the filter bags and change them if necessary. 3 Keep the outlet dust and move them away in right way in avoid of the second dust raising.
