1、利益相关者理论的分析原创*大学工商管理硕士论文 基于利益相关者理论的住宅小区物业公司发展战略研究以诸暨市为例 摘 要 利益相关者理论是影响企业经营管理的一种重要理论,最早由弗里曼提出,近年来得到广大学者和企业家的广泛关注,在企业经营管理过程中发挥了巨大作用,它与传统的以企业管理者利益为核心的理念不同,重视与企业利益相关的投入与参与者,追求企业整体利益的最大化,而不是某些主体的利益。利益相关者为企业的生存和发展投入了相当的智慧和力量,分散了企业经营的压力和风险,企业在做经营决策时应该综合考量利益相关者创造的价值,对利益相关者给予人文关怀,更应该重视利益相关者对企业战略规划产生的重要影响,为企业的
2、长远发展谋划布局。 基于此,本论文以诸暨市物业公司相关者理论为研究主线,诸暨市两家典型的住宅小区为案例,进行了理论与实践的结合分析。旨在能够通过本文的研究,印证当前的企业相关者理论在具体的实施效果和经营的具体过程中,需要结合战略实施,进而能够推进整个企业本身的发展。当然,在两者相互作用的过程中,所有的利益相关者都在其中扮演者不同的角色来驱动企业发展,使企业走上良性循环之路,给予利益相关者合理的利益分配,从而优化企业经营发展的内外部环境,实现更高的发展目标。 本论文对利益相关者理论进行系统梳理,阐释利益相关者理论的演化过程和重要因素,以文献分析法、案例分析法等研究方法为基础,结合战略管理理论以及
3、在实际的利益相关者分析的矩阵模型,重点体现了物业公司、*、业主以及房地产开发商之间的利益分析和行为影响。最终,结合诸暨市的实际情况,提出了符合诸暨市物业公司发展的整体战略实施的建议。同时,对诸暨市*在协助物业管理的同时,也提出了相关的政策建议,期望本文的研究能够推进诸暨市在物业管理公司治理上的进展。 关键词:利益相关者;物业公司;诸暨市;战略;研究 1 *大学工商管理硕士论文 STUDY ONJ THE DEVELOPMENGT STRTEGY OF RESIDENGTIAL PROPERTY OMPERTY COMPANY STAKHOLEDER THEORY -A CASE STUDY O

To can through the study of this article, confirm the current enterprise stakeholder theory in the concrete implementation effect and the specific operation of process, the need to combine strategy implementation, which can promote the development of
