1、中英文安全责任书中英文安全责任书 安全环保消防责任书 Job Responsibility of Safety, Environment and Fire Fighting 为了加强对公司安全、环保、消防工作的管理，杜绝重大事故，减少工伤事故，落实安全责任，保证安全生产，根据中华人民共和国消防法和机关、团体、企业、事业单位消防安全管理规定的要求，本着谁主管，谁负责的原则，经公司最高管理层批准，特制订安全环保消防责任书，由各部门安全责任人与公司签订。在职期间，各安全责任人应作好以下工作: The Job Responsibility of Safety, Environment and Fire

2、 Fighting are drawn up according to the requirements of national laws and with consideration of the principle of “He who is responsible for the work is responsible for safety” .It aims at enforcing safety, environmental protection and fire fighting management, eliminating severe work injury, decreas

3、ing injury at work, implementing Work Safety Responsibility and keeping work safety. The agreement has been approved by top management and will be signed between department heads and Arnold Magnetics (Shenzhen) Limited. Every departmental head must perform the following duties: 1.对本部门的安全、环保、消防工作负全面责

4、任。Be fully responsible for the safety, environment and fire fighting issue within department. 2.执行公司安全生产、环境保护、防火等方面的各项规章制度和安全规程、指引,教育工人遵守安全操作规程和正确使用劳动防护用品,做到三不伤害。 Implement the companys regulations on work safety, environmental protection and fire prevention, safety procedures and work instructions.

5、 Train employee to obey safety operational procedure and wear PPE properly. Follow the principles of “Do not injure others as well as himself and not being injured by others”. 3.负责组织新工、复工、换工人员的车间安全、环保、消防教育,组织工人积极参加公司的各种安全生产的宣传教育活动。Organize safety, environment and fire fighting training for the newco

6、mer, the one who resumed work or the one who changed his position. Organize the workers to take part in the safety activities. 4.坚持安全生产五同时,确保实现公司安全、环保目标指标,努力杜绝违章,防止工伤事故。Follow the principle of planning, assigning, check, summary and appraisal of production/work task together with safety requirements

7、 to ensure the achievement of EHS objectives and targets, prevent the violation of regulation and avoid the occurrence of work injury. 5.坚持车间的安全检查,落实隐患整改措施,及时反馈安全信息。 Conduct regular safety inspection in workshop, implement the corrective actions for hidden risk and report safety information to top m

8、anagement in time. 6.监督管辖区域内的消防器材的保管和使用,安排人员定期清洁。不堵塞消防器材或挪作他用。对已开封使用的灭火器或压力不够的灭火器应及时通知EHS部门处理。Monitor the stoage, usage and cleaning of the fire fighting device in workshop. Do not block the fire fighting device or use the fire fighting device for other purpose. Once anything abnormal for the device

9、 is found, inform EHS timely. 7.对环境控制点和有害作业点严格管理，做好三废的管理,尤其是危险废物的管理，防止环境污染；改善工人的劳动环境，防止职业病和急性中毒的发生。Manage the key control position of environment and hazardous operation strictly; especially enforce the management of dangerous waste to prevent environment pollution, improve work condition and preven

10、t the occurrence of occupational disease or acute toxicosis. 8.在防火区域动火作业前,必须按公司规定办理动火审批手续并采取安全措施。Apply for Hot Work Permit before hot work operation in our company. 9.在维修、保养设备时,严禁使用挥发性强的易燃易爆物品擦拭设备,存放的易燃易爆物品不得超量,并要有防火措施。It is prohibited to wipe the machine with highly flammable substance such as acet

11、one, gasoline when maintenance. The value of flammable or explosive substance cannot be stored in excess and fire prevention measure must be available. 10.必须保持生产现场通道的畅通,不准占用各种安全间距、堵塞消防通道。Keep the aisle smooth. Do not occupy the safety clearance or block the aisle. 11.落实隐患整改制度，对公司安全管理部门、*安全监督管理部门出具的安

12、全整改通知认真整改。 Carry out The System of Correction of Hidden Risk. Take effective measure as per Corrective Notice for Hidden Hazard issued by EHS or local government. 12.对管辖区域内的危险控制点、易燃易爆点、可燃物品存放点、动火作业点、环境控制点、有害作业点进行重点管理。Pay high attention to the following place: danger control position, flammable & exp

13、losive position, flammable substance storage area, hot work position and hazardous operation station. 13.全面落实车间内各级人员的安全、环保、消防责任，责任明确到人。Clearly define the responsibility of safety, environment protection and fire fighting for every level in workshop. 14.对本部门的义务消防队进行管理,并积极参加各种培训。Manage internal fire f

14、ighters in his department and encourage them to take part in the training. 15.按时参加公司安全生产会议，组织召开本部门的安全生产例会，布置有关安全、环保、消防工作。 Attend work safety meeting and preside the safety meeting within department. Assign work on safety, environment protection and fire fighting. 16.出现工伤、火灾事故时，采取应急措施并向公司高层管理报告。Take

15、emergent action in case of work injury or fire accident and report it to top management in time. 17.参加事故的调查分析,提供事故的真实情况,按四不放过的原则处理事故。Participate in the investigation of accident, provide true information about accident and treat the accident as per the principles: the treatment of accident will not

16、be over unless the cause of the accident is clarified, the persons responsible for the accident and other employees are given lesson and educated, preventive actions are taken and the persons who are responsible for the accident are treated as related regulations. 安全责任人签名Signature of department head： 日 期Date：
