Im going to talk about “My family” which is taken from Part A of Unit 2,PEP Primary English, Book3.This lesson includes
2、 two parts :“Lets talk”and“ Lets practice”. My presentation is made up of four parts: Part 1 My understanding of this lesson: . The analysis of the teaching material: This lesson is a dialogue which is the first Lesson of this unit and it plays a very important part in the English teaching of this u
3、nit. .The teaching aims : 1.Knowledge aim: Through the true nature of the situational, teach students how to inquire about the identity of the man, and the correct use of personal pronouns, such as “he、she”. At the same time, teach the students can understand and talk with the sentences :“This is my
4、 family. Whos that man(boy)? He is myWhos that woman(girl)? Shes my. ”. 2.Ability aim: To introduce their family members simply. 3.Emotional aim: Pay more attention to training students love for the family and the life. .Teaching important points and difficult points: How to ask others their family
5、members and introduce their own family members. .Something about the students: 1. The students have known something about how to call their family members in English simply. 2. They are lack of vocabulary. 3. They dont often use English to express themselves and communicate with others. 4. Some of t
6、he students are very active in the class,but the others are not interested in English at all. Part 2 My teaching theories, methods and aids: Before dealing with this lesson, Ill do my best to carry out the 1 following theories: Make the Ss the real masters in class while the teacher himself acts as
7、director and facilitator;Combine the language structures with the language functions; Let the students receive some moral education while they are learning the English language. . Teaching method: Guessing games; Question-and-answer activity teaching method; Listening task; Reading; Free talk; Pair
