13、cking, so as not to damage the shafting and code 旋转编码器简介 旋转编码器在工厂自动化(FA)上的应用已经有相当长一段时间了，最具代表性的是在工业机器人；机器人机械臂有二轴的，也有多轴的，但是驱动机械臂动作的都是马达在机械人的构造中，所有机械臂动作的动能来源是马达。大部份的FA及OA设备的主要动能来源也是马达；并且马达受到不同指令形式地控制。对马达运行的控制方式有只在某一段时间内以一定的速度运行，也有复杂而不规则的运行，还有多轴同时运行等，这样形成了机械设备各式各样的运行状态。 对马达的控制通常是速度控制和位移量(选转量)控制，控制方式是随着马

14、达的种类不尽相同。例如步进电机的移动控制，在开环控制状态下，其转动角度(圈数)是随控制脉冲数而同步变化，除非失步等特别的情况，否则应该可以严格同步移动。除步进电机外，其他电机的旋转量检测，如果没有信号反馈要达到精密控制是非常困难的。总之，电机转速的快慢控制，如能以控制量表示，并反馈至控制电路，使电机维持在一定的速度，或停止在一定的位置。一般而言，此旋转反馈量由旋转编码器来检测。 光电编码器原理 光电编码器，是一种通过光电转换将输出轴上的机械几何位移量转换成电脉冲或电子数字量的传感器。这是目前应用最多的传感器，光电编码器是由光栅盘和光电检测等装置组成。光栅盘是在一定直径的圆板上均匀地开设扇形透光

15、通道。 由于光电编码器与电动机同轴，电动机旋转时，光栅盘与电动机同步旋转，经发光二极管等电子元件组成的检测装置检测输出若干脉冲信号，通过计算在一定时间内的输出脉冲的个数就能反映当前电动机的转速。此外，为判断旋转方向，编码器还可提供电气相位相差90度的脉冲信号。 增量式编码器 增量式编码器是直接利用光电转换原理输出三组方波脉冲A、B和Z相；A、B两组脉冲相位差90度Z相为每转一个脉冲，用于基准点定位。它的优点是原理构造简单，机械平均寿命可在几万小时以上，抗干扰能力强，可靠性高，适合于长距离传输。其缺点是无法输出轴转动的绝对位置信息。 实心轴编码器类安装注意事项 编码器轴与用户端输出轴之间采用弹性

16、软连接，以避免因用户轴的串动、跳动而造成编码器轴系和码盘的损坏。 安装时注意允许的轴负载。 应保证编码器轴与用户输出轴的不同轴度0.20mm，与轴线的偏角1.5。安装时严禁敲击和摔打碰撞，以免损坏轴系和码盘。 编码器使用注意事项 编码器属精密传感器。当受到较大冲击时，可能造成内部损坏。因此编码器不能跌落，锤击或过量碰撞。 不要在带电的情况下连接或拆装信号电缆，以免造成短路，损坏编码器和系统。 不要用兆欧表测试编码器，以免造成损坏。 不要自行拆卸编码器，以免造成损坏。 错误的配线将损坏内部电路，配线后请务必仔细确认。 空心轴类安装注意事项 要避免与编码器刚性连接，应采用由编码器厂商提供或指定的弹

17、性连接板。 安装时编码器应轻轻推入被套轴，严禁用锤敲击，以免损坏轴系和码盘。 长期使用时，应检查板弹簧相对编码器是否松动；紧定编码器的螺钉是否松动。 电气方面 接地线应尽量粗，一般应大于3。 编码器的输出线彼此不要搭接，以免损坏输出电路。 编码器的信号线不要接到直流电源上或交流电流上，以免损坏输出电路。 与编码器相连的电机等设备，应接地良好，不要有静电。 配线时应采用屏蔽电缆。 开机前，应仔细检查，产品说明书与编码器型号是否相符，接线是否正确。 长距离传输时，应考虑信号衰减因素，选用输出阻抗低，抗干扰能力强的输出方式。避免在强电磁波环境中使用。 长线输出在需要长线传输信号的场合，应采用导线电阻

18、；电容低；抗干扰强的电缆。以减低线电阻，线电容引起的波形失真和抵抗环境干扰。并选用对偶推拉型(F)或线驱动型(LY)输出的编码器，传输线超过20米时应采用双校屏蔽电缆线。 编码器电缆不得与动力电缆配制在同一管道内，且走线方向尽量避免与动力线平行，编码器的插座的接地屏蔽端已在内部与编码器外壳连接。 订购增量式编码器时，请详细注明所选的型号、每转输出脉冲数、电源电压、出线方式、信号输出方式，并注意所选型号的机械安装尺寸是否能满足您的要求。 环境要求 编码器是精密仪器，使用时要注意周围无振动源和电磁干扰源。 使用时注意编码器的防护等级，不是防漏结构的产品，使用或保存时，不要溅到水，油等，必要时要对编码器加装防护罩。 注意实际使用环境温度和湿度是否在编码器使用要求的范围之内
