3、目的通过舵机对船东和船检的调试与交验,来证实舵机符合LR的规范和IMO的要求,达到报验的目的。TO COMPLETE STEERING GEAR COMMISSIONING AND TO TEST FUNCTION FOR OWNER AND CLASS, TO CONFIRM STEERING GEAR REQUIREMENTS OF LR RULES AND REGULATION AND IMO.2. SCOPE范围 这个程序可以用于检查9000吨系列成品油/化学品船舵机的功能THIS PROCEDURE IS APPLICABLE TO CHECK STEERING GEAR FUNCT
4、ION IN 9000DWT PRODUCT OIL / CHEMICAL TANKER.3.RESPONSIBILITIES: 责任3.1 项目经理有责任安排有资质的工人来做这份工作,他应该通知设备厂家完成 这项测试THE SECTION MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE TO ASSIGN QUALIFIED WORKERS FOR THE JOB. HE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INFORMING SERVICE ENGINEERS FROM MAKER OF COMPLETING THE TEST3.2 船机部,船电部,舾装部经理有责任安排相关负责

7、3Max working pressure16 Mpa4Safety valve set pressure 20 Mpa5.2 Preparation before test 交验前的准备 5.2.1 The quality of assembling must be eligible through checking before testing. 整机在试验前,安装质量需经检验合格.5.2.3 The hydraulic piping system must be thoroughly cleaned .液压管系必须彻底清洁5.2.4 Supply grease sufficiently
8、to every lubricating part.每个需润滑的部件注足牛油.5.2.5 Ensure there is no obstacle around the steering gear.舵机附近无障碍物. 5.2.7 测量所有仪器均需具有合格证书,并在有效期之内,应具有仪表如下:All apparatus should have the certificates, and are in the period of validity, the following apparatus must be shown:1. 秒表 1只 Stopwatch 1 pc5.3舵装置及舵机试验Elec
9、tro-hydraulic steering gear trailing 5.3.1检查舵机及操舵系统安装的完整性,并审查操舵各部分的测量记录及舵机和操舵系统的产品合格证及船检证书。Checking the fitting integrity of the electro-hydraulic steering gear & the controlling system, and examined the controlling systems acceptance certificate and certificate of LR.5.3.2检查舵角指示器、操舵器及舵叶之间的误差,检查时自中间
10、位置向两舷转舵,舵角每增加50核对一次。其舵叶与舵角指示器之间的误差不大于正负10,且正舵(中间)位置应无误差,操舵器与舵叶之间的指示误差,按产品技术条件考核。Checking the error of the rudder angle indicator, trick wheel plant and rudder blade, when checking from mid position to the shipboard to turn the rudder, every the rudder angle increasing 5o to check one time. The error
11、 between the rudder blade and angle not more than 1o, and the position of the rudder midship (mid) should error free, the indication error between the rudder blade and angle should accord with the product technical condition. 5.3.3检查舵角电气限位装置的动作正确性应能使舵叶转至左、右舷各35o处停止。检查机械限位器的动作正确性。Checking the correct
12、 of the rudder angles electrical stop device and take the rudder blade turning from port and stbd to 35o to stop. Checking the mechanism stop device runs usual.5.3.4检查失电报警、油温高、油位低、缺相、过载报警声光信号装置、舵机电动机运转指示装置、舵位指示灯的工作可靠性。Checking the audible and visible alarm sets of losing electricity、low oil level、oi
13、l temperature high、phase fail & over loading of electric motor, the indication sets of the steering rudder running, operational reliability of identification light of position of the rudder.5.3.5 检查液压系统安全阀的设定压力Check the setting pressure of the safety valve of the hydraulic oil system.5.3.6 电动液压舵机应进行
14、连续操舵试验,试验时检查电气设备、液压泵及液压系统的工作情况且作记录,连续操舵试验时应在0o -左(右)35o 0o - 右(左)- 35o0o交替进行,并应不少于10个循环。Electro-hydraulic steering gear should be taken the continuous controlling testing, checking the working condition of the electric equipment, hydraulic pump & hydraulic system and made the recording, the continuo
15、us controlling testing should being 0o- p(s), 35o0o-s(p) 35o0o by turns, and it should not less than 10 times.5.3.7 电动液压舵机应在驾驶室及舵机室分别作操舵试验15分钟,并测量使舵叶从任一舷35o转至另一舷30o所需时间。Electro-hydraulic steering gear should be taken the test in navigation room and steering gear room parting for 15 minutes, and meas
16、uring the time that be taken the rudder blade from any shipboard 35o to another shipboard 30o5.3.8 测量各电动机和控制箱热态绝缘电阻,其值应不低于1兆欧。Testing the heating insulation resistance of the any electromotor and control box, it should not be less than 1M.5.3.9 试验舵杆制动装置的制动效能。Testing th efficiency that applies the br
