6、安全与节能国家重点实验室)【摘要】在参考汽车侧面碰撞试验国家标准GB200712006和欧盟ECE R95法规基础上,建立了以壳单元为主的整车有限元模型、移动变形壁障有限元模型和主要车载设备安装空间模型。采用LS-DYNA软件对燃料电池城市客车右侧中部、左侧中部和左侧后部3个相对较为危险位置的侧面碰撞进行了数值模拟,计算得到了侧面碰撞对燃料电池城市客车主要车载设备的加速度冲击。模拟结果表明,通过加装碰撞防护装置和增加底架的横向强度,燃料电池城市客车侧撞安全性可以得到较好保证。关键词:燃料电池城市客车;侧撞安全性;有限元分析Finite Element Analysis on the Side-

Three dangerous side-impact situations for fuel cell city bus (FCCB) were simulated by using software LS-DYNA, the acceleration impact of main on-board equipment of FCCB in side-impact were also gotten.
