1、汽车主题产业园论文：需求转型下汽车产业园区位优势与功能定位研究【中文摘要】近年来,随着人民生活水平的提高和汽车产业的发展,人们的乘用车消费需求也在不断变化。由此引发的乘用车需求升级也逐渐为大家所认识并开始引起汽车产业界和学术界的关注。但令人遗憾的是,目前国内还没有有关需求升级下汽车产业系统研究,需求升级下汽车产业发展有关理论基本上还是一片空白。在此背景下,本文结合西昌经济与城市的发展,首先提出了在西昌建立以“人文”、“生态”为主题的汽车主题产业园的战略构想。并在此战略构想的指导下,对西昌汽车销售及其相关产业进行了一系列科学的,系统的,有针对性的市场调研,通过实地考察,问卷调查,访谈的方式得到了

2、西昌汽车市场的第一手资料。通过对调研问卷和调研数据地整理,以及访谈内容地分析,对西昌汽车市场及其相关产业的形成,发展及现状有了详尽的认识,并由此找到了对其现阶段所存在的主要问题,再从社会效益和经济效益两个角度分别阐述了西昌建立汽车产业园的必要性和好处。在此基础上,从自然条件,交通条件等方面介绍汽车主题产业园的选址地点,并结合静态连续选址模型-重心法模型对汽车主题产业园的选址进行了系统的分析,为汽车主题产业园选址提供了理论依据。利用ABC-XYZ决策模型,对汽车主题产业园建设与相关功能引入的完善进行了规划。最后,从项目法人的角度,对西昌汽车主题产业园建设项投资回报进行了分析,将汽车主题产业园建设

3、项目经济评价从一般工程项目中独立出来,使评价方法更符合汽车主题产业园建设项特点,评价结果更具科学性和可靠性。【英文摘要】In recent years, the Chinese economic growth is remarkable and it joins with the world economy gradually. As one of the main industries in the world, the automobile industry has matured in the last 100 years. Its market in China has great p

4、otential, and automobile become the pillar industry of our national economy.In this context, combined with the Xichang economic and urban development, this paper first presented the strategic vision of establish Xichang auto theme industry park. which as the “Culture” and “Circumstances” as its them

Based on this strategic vision as the guideline, we carry out a series of scientific, systematic, targeted market research, we got the Primary data of Xichang auto market through field visits, questionnaire survey, and interviews. Through the collated the questionnaire survey and investigate data

6、, analyzed the interview, we have a clearly recognize about the shape, develop and the present state of Xichang auto market, at the same time, we found the primary problem of Xichang auto market at present, then from the social and economic benefits illustrated the necessity and profit to establish

On this basis, we introduced the site location of auto theme industry park about the nature conditions, traffic conditions and est., used of the Static Continuous LocationModelsCenter of gravity method Model to analyzed the site selection of the auto theme industry park,
