1、摘要 : 随着科学技术飞速发展和经济竞争的日趋激烈,机械产品的更新速度越来越快,数控加工技术作为先进生产力的代表,在机械及相关行业领域发挥着重要的作用,机械制造的竞争,其实质是数控技术的竞争。数控技术已成为先进制造系统中不可缺少的基础技术。主要设计内容有:完成所给零件的零件图、装配图计算机图纸的绘制以及三维造型,选择合适的机床、夹具、刀具,零件加工工艺的编制,用G代码编制零件的数控加工程序。 Abstract : With the rapid development of science and technology and increasingly fierce economic compe

5、.2图 2.3图 2.43数控加工3.1 加工工艺零件加工工艺如下图机械加工卡片所示:零件图号分别为001、002和003。3. 2机床、夹具等的选择零件1和零件2选用加工中心加工,零件3选用数控车床加工;零件1和零件2选用虎钳装夹,零件3选用三爪自定心卡盘装夹;零件1粗加工选用30铣刀和16球头铣刀,精加工采用12平面铣刀,零件2粗加工采用16球头铣刀,精加工采用8平面铣刀,零件3粗加工和精加工采用93度偏车刀,切槽加工螺纹采用切槽刀和螺纹车刀。 3.3 确定编程原点、对刀方法等 零件1和零件2选用工件上表面中心为坐标原点即编程原点,零件3选用零件的右端面中心为编程原点,对刀位置分别为工件的
6、坐标原点,三个零件均采用试切法对刀。 3. 4加工路线 三个零件加工路线按照机械加工工艺卡片进行加工。3. 5 加工参数三个零件加工进给量和和刀具切削等加工参数均按照程序单中所给加工参数。 3. 6 数值点计算 零件1图中未知点坐标为逆时针方向(-28.1,45)、(-34.3,42.9)、(-56.2,25.6)、(-60,17.8);零件2图中未知点坐标为逆顺针方向(28.1,45)、(34.3,42.9)、(56.2,25.6)、(60,17.8)。 3. 7加工程序单零件1、零件2和零件3的加工程序单如下:零件1数控加工程序单%0001G91G28Z0T01M06G43H01G90G5
