6、 Oil Product Pipeline Project include Urumchi-Lanchow Oil Product Pipeline and Shanshan- Lanchow Crude Oil Pipeline.西部原油成品油管道工程包括乌鲁木齐-兰州成品油管道和鄯善-兰州原油管道。Urumchi-Lanzhou Product Pipeline Project is from Urumchi to Lanzhou, design pressure 10.0MPa, OD559 and508, 1858.0km in total length, transportation

7、 capacity 1000x104t/a. Sequence transportation the diesel, #90 gasolines and #93 gasolines. The Initial Station is at Wangjiagou in Urumchi and Terminal is at Xigu District in Lanzhou. Along the pipeline, there are 15 process stations, that is 1 Initial Station, 1 Terminal Station and 9 pump station

8、s (built for both product pipeline and crude oil pipeline), one zhangye Distributing Pump Station, Liuyuan, Qiuquan, Wuwei 3 Distributing station. The product pipeline also includes 2 branches station; include Wushihua Initial Station, Yumen Metering Station. There are 46 block valve rooms in total;

9、 among them there are 21 remote control block valve rooms and 5 places of high-point inspection.乌鲁木齐兰州成品油干线管道起点位于乌鲁木齐，终点位于甘肃省兰州市，设计压力为10.0MPa，采用559mm和508mm两种管径，全长1858.0km，设计输量1000104t/a。管道输送油品为柴油、90号汽油和93号汽油。该管线以乌鲁木齐王家沟为首站，兰州西固区为末站，共15座工艺站场，包括乌鲁木齐首站、兰州末站各1座，鄯善、四堡、翠岭、河西、安西、玉门、山丹、西靖、新堡共9座中间泵站，张掖分输泵站1座

10、，柳园、酒泉、武威分输站3座。另外，设置2座支线工艺站场, 乌石化成品油支线首站，玉门炼厂成品油计量站（与原油计量站合建）。全线共建设46座截断阀室，其中21座远控截断阀室，5处高点检测阀室。The crude oil pipeline starts at Shanshan in Xinjiang and also ends at Lanzhou, 1562km in length, 813mm和711mm in diameter. The designed annual pumpability of it is 2000104t/a and the design pressure is 8.

11、0MPa. Along the pipeline, there are 11 process stations, that is one Initial Station, one Terminal and 9 pump stations (built for both oil product pipeline and crude oil pipeline). There are 47 block valve stations in total; among them there are 22 remote control block valve stations and 5 places of

12、 high-point inspection. The crude oil pipeline includes one trunk from Urumchi to Shanshan, one branches for oil coming from Tuha, and one Yumen Distrubuting line. The crude oil pipeline includes two Initial Stations of branch, one mid-heating pump station, one mid-heating station and Yumen Metering

13、 Station.原油管线起点为新疆鄯善，终点也在甘肃省兰州，管道全长1562km。设计输量为2000104t/a，管径813mm和711mm，设计压力8.0MPa。该管道干线以鄯善为首站，兰州为末站，共11座工艺站场，包括鄯善首站和兰州末站各1座，四堡、翠岭、河西、安西、玉门（分输泵站）、张掖、山丹、西靖、新堡9座中间泵站（全部与成品油管道站场合建）。全线共建设47座截断阀室，其中22座截远控断阀室和5处高点检测。原油管线另外还包括乌鲁木齐-鄯善原油支干线、吐哈进油支线和玉门分输支线。包括乌鲁木齐和吐哈油库2座支线首站、达坂城中间热泵站1座，吐鲁番中间加热站1座和玉门石化原油计量站1座（与成

15、rformance.西部原油成品油管道的自动控制系统拟采用以计算机为核心的监控与数据采集（SCADASupervisory Control And Data Acquisition）系统完成对管道的监视、控制和管理。*This is a specification adapted to West Crude Oil and Oil Product Pipeline Project and that covers the minimum requirements for SCADA system and the relevant accessory design, manufacturing,

16、programming, configuration, testing, packing, transporting, installing, running, training, after-sales service and etc. SCADA system should be as a “turnkey” project. The supplier of this project shall be responsible for system design, integration, programming, configuration, system test, packing tr

17、ansportation, site installation, running until after-sales service and training based on the specification, other relevant design documents and standard. In addition, it shall be responsible as well for functioning, technique, quality, time schedule and service. *本技术规格书仅适用于西部原油成品油管道工程，是对全线监控和数据采集系统（

18、SCADA）及其相关部分的设计、制造、编程、组态、试验、包装、运输、安装、投运、培训、售后服务等提出的最低技术要求。SCADA系统应是一个“交钥匙”工程，承担此项目的供货商应根据本技术规格书和其它相关的设计文件及标准规范，负责从系统设计、系统集成、编程组态、系统测试、包装运输、现场安装到投运、售后服务及培训的全过程工作,并对所提供的SCADA系统的功能、技术、质量、进度、服务负全部责任。*This specification will be modified according to work development and finally will be becoming an integr

The supplier should be familiar with the system used oil transportation system, has an experience in recent years, capable to configure a system based on the documents provided and capable to meet the w

The supplier should have good reputation, capability of after-sales service, powerful engineering capability, system integration ability, sufficient man resources and engineering force to fulfill this project, as well as similar reference projects in recent years. 24、he project manager, technical responsible person and member of the project team must be persons of key management and technical persons of similar projects in recent years. 32、oftware used in Oil Product pipeline ,mutual hardware and software used in Oil Product pipeline and Crude Oil Pipeline control system. The Oil Product pipeline and Crude Oil Pipeline control system will be separately implemented. The Crude Oil pipeline implementation cant affect the normal run of th
