28、呈穿晶或沿晶开裂的形态特征，通常发生在轧制钢板的靠近熔合线的热影响区中，与熔合线平行形成阶梯式的裂纹。由于不露出表面，所以一般很难发现，只有通过探伤发现，且难以返修。层状撕裂多产生在T形接头和角接接头中，受垂直于钢板表面方向拉伸应力的作用而产生。 产生条件：沿钢板轧制方向存在分层夹杂物（如硫化物等），焊接时产生垂直于厚度方向的焊接应力。 防止措施：严格控制钢材的含硫量，改进接头形式和坡口形状，与焊缝连接的坡口表面预先堆焊过渡层，选用强度等级较低的低氢型焊接材料，采用低焊接热输入和焊接预热。 第二节 预防焊接缺陷的对策 一、预防焊接缺陷的对策程序 l、确定焊接缺陷的类型 根据焊接缺陷的形态、发生

29、的部位（如焊缝金属、焊接热影响区、熔合区）、方位、尺寸、母材材质、缺陷发生的时间等分析。一般除焊接裂纹外，其它缺陷均可通过外观、金相微观、无损探伤判别。 2、查明焊接缺陷产生的原因 一般按下列情况分析 （1）母材质量（力学性能、化学成分、热处理状态、板厚、坡口的制备） （2）焊接方法及焊接条件（热输入、预热温度、后热温度、焊接参数） （3）焊接材料（化学成分、药皮类型、烘焙条件） （4）焊缝金属（化学成分、金相组织、抗拉强度、塑性） （5）接头形式（对接、角接、T字、板厚、施焊层道数） （6）拘束条件（拉伸拘束、弯曲拘束、残余应力） （7）焊后热处理 （8）施工环境 按照查明的各类焊接缺陷所产

30、生的原因而提出相应的对策，可采用因果统计分析法对各类焊接缺陷进行因果分析。 二、各类焊接缺陷因果图分析 因果图（又称鱼剌图）分析法是一种逆向分析的方法，即从质量问题返回查找造成问题的原因。所以因果图由质量问题和影响质量的因素两部分组成。如图示： 因果 更小原因 焊接缺陷 分析步骤： （1）确定分析的焊接缺陷，将其填在“缺陷”框内。 （2）确定影响焊接缺陷诸因素的分类，依次画出大枝、中枝、小枝和细枝。大枝表示主要原因，中枝表示造成大枝的一个原因，小枝表示造成中枝的一个原因，细枝表示影响小枝的更小原因。 （3）从图中找出影响焊接缺陷的主要原因，提出有关的质量对策。 焊缝符号和焊接方法及其标注 一、

31、焊缝符号及其标注 焊缝是构成焊接接头的主体部分。在工程图纸或图样中，为了简化焊缝及焊接接头形式和基本尺寸的标注，应采用统一的焊缝符号表示法。GB32488焊缝符号表示法规定了工程图样上标注焊缝符号的方法和基本规则。 焊缝符号由基本符号和指引线组成。必要时，可加上辅助符号、补充符号和焊缝尺寸符号。基本符号、辅助符号和补充符号见表1、表2和表3，补充符号应用示例见表4所示。 基本符号和辅助符号用粗实线绘制，指引线用细实线绘制。基本符号表示焊缝横剖面的形状；辅助符号表示焊缝表面形状特征；补充符号是补充说明焊缝的某些特征。指引线是将焊缝符号指明于焊缝的连接线，由带箭头的线和两条基准线（实线和虚线）组成
