3、及地下车库,建成后将形成由商铺、住宅、地下车库组成的高层住宅楼。本工程总占地面积约为101686.9平方米,一期总建筑面积为132283.15平方米,其中住宅106901.88平方米,地下面积为5332.54平方米。工程名称:无锡世茂火车站北广场B地块一期建设单位:无锡世茂房地产开发有限公司设计单位:中建国际(深圳)设计顾问有限公司勘察单位:无锡市交通规划设计研究院监理单位:江苏赛华建设监理有限公司施工单位:上海市第一建筑有限公司本工程现场临时用电系统,根据施工临时用电要求,施工分为两个阶段,第一是桩基及基坑围护工程施工阶段,第二是上部结构及装饰装修施工阶段,所以本工程在计算用电总容量时,分别
4、考虑桩基及基坑围护施工阶段、主体结构及装饰装修施工阶段的总用电量,分别计算,取其较大的值作为选择变压器容量的依据,其二级配电则根据现场施工机械设备配置情况进行配备。1.3现场勘探及初步设计:(1)本工程所在施工现场范围内无各种埋地管线。(2)现场采用380V低压供电,施工现场西侧、南侧各设置两台630KVA箱式变压器,内有计量设备,采用TN-S系统供电。(3)根据施工现场用电设备布置情况,主电缆采用埋地暗敷,穿越道路处预埋钢管敷设,布置位置及线路走向参见后附图临时配电系统图及现场平面图,采用三级配电,两级防护。(4)按照JGJ46-2005规定制定施工组织设计,接地电阻R4。1.4 地下室桩基
