1、 摘 要 该建筑为大型商场,位于药王大街北面,建筑高度为51.80米,总建筑面积约4.5万平方米。本建筑物所有给水排水均按高层建筑给排水要求进行设计。结合实际情况,根据建筑物的性质,用途,和室内设有完善的给水排水卫生设备,具体的给排水系统设计如下:给水系统:本建筑地下一层至地上五层由室外市政管网直接供水,六至十层设有变频调速系统 和水泵、屋顶水箱相接合的给水方式;由于消火栓超过十个,需设两条引入管。从不同的方向引入。既保障了供水安全,又节约了能耗。排水系统:本设计采用污废水合流排放体制。管材采用了具有消声功能的螺旋UPVC排水管,升顶通气方式,为此可进一步提高环境质量。地下室内消防电梯井旁、泵
2、房地面均设有集水坑和废水提升装置。消防系统:该建筑防火等级属于中危险级级,设计内容包括消火栓系统,自动喷淋和水幕系统。在屋顶水箱间内设实验用消火栓装置,消火栓给水管网呈环状布置,各消火栓箱内设消防水泵启动电钮,能直接启动消防泵;室外设地下式水泵结合器,保证消防安全可靠。商场,走廊,办公间,电梯前室设闭式自动喷淋系统,自动扶梯旁的防火卷帘处设置水幕系统。雨水系统:该建筑为大型商场,座落于城市的繁华中心地带,因此对建筑立面要求较高,建筑的屋面高低落差较大故主要采用雨水内排水方式,以及少量的外排水。热水系统:由于该系统用水仅包括商场内服务人员和办公人员饮用开水,所以只设电开水加热设备。各系统中的立管

18、网水力计算草图72附录F自动喷洒系统B区水力计算草图73附录G自动喷洒系统C区水力计算草图74谢 辞75引 言近年来,随着我国经济实力的增强,生活水平的提高,人们对生活质量,特别是生活空间居住环境的要求也在日益提高。节水节能已经提上日程。这就要求我们建筑给水排水专业人员更加努力。在做好合理设计的同时,更应开放思维,提高节水节能意识,为创和谐社会贡献一份力量。本次毕业设计为高层大型商场的给水,排水,雨水,热水,消防系统的设计与计算。在给水设计中,结合相关的设计资料提供的数据,本着以经济合理为原则,精确选择供水方案。在给水方面采用多项给水系统和超强节能的变频调速系统,大大增强了给水保障力度,提高了
19、安全系数。排水方面能结合该建筑的特点、市政条件以及周围建筑环境的特点,在设计中力求保证排水畅通,卫生条件较好。本设计中采用了螺旋管排水(韩国专利),依靠良好的消声功能,搏得了人们的喜爱和市场的一致好评。在消防方面主要考虑该建筑的防火等级,涉及方面有消火栓系统、自动喷淋系统和水幕系统。在水幕系统设计中选用气压传动方式,保障商场内的室内环境,同时也能迅速报警,及时将水送入防火卷帘处。在设计中通过各种方式搜集和整理经验数据以及各种资料,力求使设计更加合理,保证各个系统的正常工作。但在设计中由于个人能力和相关资料匮乏的原因,导致某些设计不够理想。本次设计的主要目的:掌握并能熟练运用计算机绘制给排水施工
