1、浅谈如何因地制宜建设节约型园林 摘要：近年来，由于观念上和认识上的偏差，使得园林绿化建设中存在着注重视觉形象而忽略环境效益的现象。随着经济的迅速发展，在一些率先富裕起来的地区，追求豪华奢侈、铺张浪费的风气十分盛行，园林绿化建设中攀比斗富之风愈演愈烈。在追新求异、急功近利的建设思想指导下，各种奇花异木飘洋过海，大树移栽之风屡禁不止。不仅如此，一些违背自然规律的园林绿化手法，如反季节栽种和逆境栽植，追求视觉形象的挖湖堆山，甚至填湖造园等等，屡见不鲜。不讲科学的园林绿化建设，不仅造成宝贵的水土、植物资源的严重浪费，而且耗费巨资带来的是当地景观特色的严重丧失。因此，当前提出建设节约型园林绿化的口号，不

11、p;as circumstances permit to save the construction to be frugal the botanical garden 前言 建设节约型园林，首先要从思想观念上做起，脚踏实地的做好以下四项工作。一是倡导勤俭节约办实事的工作作风，要在决策者的思想观念上树立节俭的意识，从根本上扭转当前追求豪华奢侈的园林建设指导思想。二是建立健全节约型园林建设的法律法规和管理条例，从法规上和制度上杜绝浪费型园林建设和运营模式。三是在政策上和资金上给

12、予更大的扶持，鼓励开展节约型园林绿化建设的科研工作与推广工作，努力吸收国内外先进的观念和经验。四是建设节约型园林必须以科技为支撑，从规划、设计、施工、养护等环节入手，制定科学的规划设计导则和施工养护及运营管理规范，集约利用各种自然资源与能源。惟有如此，才能从根本上杜绝资源浪费型或环境破坏型园林绿化模式的盛行，实现园林绿化建设的低投入、高产出的可持续发展。   脚踏实地做好四项工作  节约型园林的概念应包含以下四个方面的含义：首先是最大限度地发挥生态效益与环境效益；其次是满足人们合理的物质需求与精神需求；再次是最大限度地节约自然资源与各种能源，提高资源与能源利用率；最后是以最

13、合理的投入获得最适宜的综合效益。那些片面追求生态环境效益而忽视资源与能源消耗的园林，或者片面强调局部环境改善而忽视整体环境恶化的园林，以及片面追求视觉景观效果而忽视自然演变能力的园林等，都不能称其为节约型园林。 以植物为主体、水土为要素 中国传统的自然山水式园林以范山模水的景观类型而著称，造园受到水、土、石、木等自然资源的巨大限制。在自然资源贫乏的地区营造自然山水园，势必要耗费巨大的自然资源和人力物力。因此，当前全国各地普遍存在的不顾当地自然资源条件，一味追求理想化景观类型，从而改变场地原有的景观特征，造成外来景观入侵的建设模式，是中国园林绿化建设普遍资源消耗比较严重的主要原因。 因此，建设节约型园林，应大力倡导“以植物为主体、水土为要素”的园林建设指导思想。要做到因地制宜，根据当地自然条件和资源特点，充分利用自然能力营造园林绿化。要走技术与艺术相结合的园林绿化之路，彻底改变现有的园林绿化美学观念。要抛弃矫揉造作的园林趣味，追求朴实自然的园林气息。
