1、河北工业大学 硕士学位论文石家庄市既有多层住宅改造集成技术研究 姓名:刘劲媛 申请学位级别:硕士 专业:建筑技术科学 指导教师:刘磊 2010-12 河北工业大学硕士论文 石家庄市既有多层住宅改造集成技术研究 摘 要 随着城市节能政策、节能规范的颁布,节能任务势在必行。本文以石家庄市既有多层住宅为研究对象,对于适宜石家庄市住宅节能改造的技术进行研究。 论文以节能改造集成技术为出发点,从新能源利用和建筑保温两个方面入手,即太阳能热水系统和围护结构保温系统,对国内外技术发展现状进行研究,如太阳能建筑一体化、屋面保温之平改坡工程、外墙保温、门窗保温等,分析其经济承受能力、节能改造集成技术与建筑结构的
2、结合程度、技术施工成熟度、气候适应性、节能效益、成本回收年限、社会实施可行性等。通过对我国城市既有多层住宅建筑节能改造的成功案例分析,总结经验,找出石家庄市可以借鉴的优秀方式,并与石家庄市的既有多层住宅节能改造现状进行结合,列出具体方案并加以分析说明,从根本上解决石家庄市多层住宅建筑节能改造的现有局面,探寻出一套适合石家庄市居住建筑良性发展的具体高效率节能改造方案。 首先,鉴于石家庄市的社会基础及经济承受能力,太阳能热水系统作为一种成熟的新能源应用技术可以得到广泛普及,通过分析太阳能热水系统的工作原理和改造设计原则,将其技术方式结合石家庄市既有多层住宅改造进行比较分析,得到分别适用于坡屋面、平
3、屋面及墙面的太阳能热水系统集成技术。其次,论文对于石家庄市既有多层住宅的围护结构保温改造中,分别从屋面保温技术、外墙保温技术及门窗保温技术三个方面进行分析比较,得到适用于石家庄市建筑环境下的围护结构上保温集成技术。论文创新点在于探讨的既有多层住宅改造集成技术具有系统性、实用性、经济性,适合石家庄市进行全市推广普及,在达到全市既有多层住宅改造技术统一的同时,将节能效益发挥到最大。关键词:多层住宅,节能改造,节能技术,太阳能,围护结构 i 河北工业大学硕士论文 Research About The Reconstruction Technology of The EXISTING MULTI-ST

With consideration of the current situation of themulti-storey residential energy-saving transformation in Shijiazhuang list the detailedsuggestions. Explore a set of specific high-efficiency energy-saving programs for t

Secondly the paper compares and analyzes the roof insulationtechnology external wall insulation and window insulation technology respectivelyabout insulation transformation of the building

At last this paper concludes the integrated technology ofthe envelope structure insulation applicable to the building environment inShijiazhuang.
