1、关于新时期小学数学课程创新教育的浅谈中英文对照About the elementary school mathematics curriculum innovation education in the new period of introduction to Chinese and English language compared“改革”与“创新”是当今教育界喊的最火的两个词,不少教师都在践行素质教育和新课程改革的道路上使出了浑身解数。伴着时代的发展与教育环境的变化,传统的教育理念确实已经难以符合当代教育背景下的实际需要。因此,作为一名数学教师,笔者深深感到在教学改革的道路上还任重而道远

Therefore, as a mathematics teacher, I deeply feel on the way of teaching reform is a long way to go. 小学数学教学不仅是教师与学生共同交流经验、交流情感、互相启迪心智共同创造的过程,更是学生参与认识的智力因素与非智力因素互相作用中统一发展的过程。教师在这一过程中起着重要作用,作为学生课堂
4、行为的引导者,教师教学水平的优劣也与教学质量的高低息息相关。笔者认为,创新教学思想,改革教学方法,不断学习和充实自身的教育教学手段,是当代教师必须要做的重要工作。Elementary school mathematics teaching is not only teacher and student exchange experience together, communicate emotion, enlightening the co-creation process each other, more students to participate in the understandin

8、tion, stimulate students potential. 具有创新能力的人才将是21世纪最具竞争力,最受欢迎的人才。提高小学生的创新意识和创新能力是我们广大数学教师面临的重要课题。在数学教育中,学生的创新意识主要是指对自然界和社会中的数学现象具有好奇心、探究心,不断追求新知,独立思考,会从数学的角度发现和提出问题,进行探索和研究,对某些定理、公式、例题的结论或其本身进行深人、延伸或推广。创新意识具有求异性、探索性、开创性。这就要求数学教师的教学观念必须转变,教学要创新,教学思维要创新,教师能力和教学水平要提高,要求教师基本功扎实,有广博的专业知识;具有驾御全局,随机应变的能力;具
9、有开展数学活动的能力,创设“问题情境”的能力。创新意识就是培养学生具有创新精神、创新能力,具有发现新规律、新事物、新理论、新学说、新概念、新设计、新方法的强烈愿望和主动探索精神,是一切发明和创造的源泉。Talents with innovation ability will be the most competitive in the 21st century, one of the most popular talent. 16、 training students to form good habit of autonomous learning 时下流行的新课程教学模式明确指出:新时期的小学数学教学,要以学生为主体,教师为主导,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,体现学生的主人翁地位。说的通俗一点,就是要发挥学生的主动意识,不要低估学生的思维,给学生一个思考的广泛空间,学生会还给你一方享受教学的理想乐土。教师要想办法让学生通过不同途径问问题,在问题解决过程中让学生获得喜悦、自信,从而对数学学习充满兴趣。好的问题应充分体现必要性和实用性,能激发认知需求,好的问题能诱导积极探索,促进知识的深化;好的问题往往是新知识的生长点,内在
17、联系的交叉点,更是创新思维的启动点;好的问题能促进学生展开积极的活动(包括操作性活动和思考性活动及实践性活动),从而获得主动的发现机会。 笔者认为,在培养学生自主性探究式学习习惯的时候,要注意发展学生的观察力,强化好奇心,培养学生勇于质疑精神。如科学巨匠牛顿、爱因斯坦和大发明家爱迪生,不仅具有惊人的观察力,而且具有强烈的好奇心。数学教师要善于引导和启发学生从熟视无睹,习以为常的现象中发现新东西。这样做不仅能发展学生的观察力,强化学生的好奇心,而且加强了学生对知识的理解和数学思想方法的掌握与辐射。为了激发学生的创造性思维,教师一定要高度重视学生自信心的培养,要多看学生的成绩和优点,多看学生思维中
18、的合理因素,并及时予以鼓励。对爱提“怪”问题的学生,不要动辄训斥,轻易否定,而要善于发现他们思想的闪光点,要采取多种方法,训练学生的思维能力。要让学生学会寻找事物产生的原因,探求事物发展的规律。这种品质在小学阶段培养尤其重要。Popular new course teaching model explicitly pointed out that, in the new period of the elementary school mathematics teaching, to take the student as the main body, teacher as the leader
