Put the eggs into a bowl. Add sugar, salt and the onion

8、teps of making potato salad.以“天天饮食”这个电视节目作为情景，自然引出本课主题，也给学生以新鲜感，立刻引起学生的兴趣。呈现不同沙拉的图片，可为课后的实践活动，即让学生制作fruit salad的开展做铺垫。此环节的设计主要是为了帮助学生对课文细节的理解，特别是处理食物的具体做法。通过小组间选择数字答题的游戏方式可以活跃课堂气氛，激发学生的积极性，同时也培养学生的自信，鼓励学生勇于挑战。同时学生掌握了课文中的重要词汇和句型。通过做练习，使学生进一步了解课文内容。通过观看视频，可引起学生兴趣，让学生从感性上明确三个概念: 原材料的名称及操作步骤，在掌握操作方法的同时学

9、习描述方法。学生通过句子排序练习，再次巩固课文内容即土豆沙拉的制作描述。八人一组，教师提供食物，小组成员相互合作，每人讲解并演示一个步骤。六位美食评审家根据土豆沙拉的味道及成员的讲解评选出获胜小组。最后教师宣布本堂课的获胜小组。回顾课文内容，巩固如何描述制作一道菜。课后作业是让学生回家制作土豆沙拉并记录材料和步骤，可拓展学生的实际生活能力，在生活中学英语，为用而学，学而能用。板书设计How to make potato saladYou need: Words & expressions:potato， egg， onion， tomato 1. Takeoff 3. cutinto 4. putinto 5.be ready to do教学反思1.在本堂课中，学生由观看到动手，由操练到熟练。学生作为主体、表演者，教师作为引导者。培养学生运用英语交际的能力，考察学生综合语言运用能力。这一课体现了在交际中学习语言的教育学原则，符合“能力的形成和发展离不开实践活动”的心理学规律。2. 一般阅读理解课在语言教学上更加注重语言技能的培养，包括听说读写，而往往会忽视语言知识的教学，例如功能及话题。本课课文是一篇说明文，如何制作土豆沙拉，因此本设计尝试将这一功能及话题穿插其中，让学生亲自动手制作并讲解。3. 尽管已努力设置情境，力图使每位学生融入其中，部分学生仍然没被激活，没有完全参与到活动中来。如何使学生克服畏难情绪，爱上英语，从视听说等方面使学生得到充分的练习，在愉快，轻松的氛围中温故而知新，达到初步运用英语交际的能力，是我们今后仍然要努力的方向。
