7、gh issued electronic signature law, but it is not enough for e-commerce , e-business involves many legal issues , such as electronic payment systems , electronic business practices and business Statute , the legal system of e-commerce and export tariffs , financial regulatory association of e-commer
8、ce , e-commerce and other sanctions against the principles of speculative activity. Only e-commerce activities to provide a legal basis for the health of the legal environment, based on e-commerce trade in order to regulate the network, successfully carried out .2credit system environment. Commercia
9、l credit system is not perfect , and the integrity of the legislative , law enforcement , lack of effective dishonesty , punish violations oversight mechanism, and lack of exercise unified management of the entire industry administrative departments , the basic integrity of the system established in

Utilization of bank cards is low, accounting for more than 95% of the size of e-commerce transactions in B2B, currently still dominated by bank transfer , application and development of electronic payments is far from mature . Safety and conven
11、ience are affecting the user to use the two most important factors of online payment . Achieve online transactions , complemented by comprehensive online must pay . E-commerce security into computer network security and business transaction security aspects , computer network security , including security of computer network equipment, computer network security , database security as a whole. Many enterprises in the absence of industry standards, establish their own businesses, products and logistics code , not only a waste of resource
15、s, but also hindered the flow of information between enterprises and logistics flow.6. Logistics environment . Although the number of Chinas logistics enterprises with certain scale, but the number of companies able to adapt to the modern logistics and e-commerce is still small , small size, sense o
16、f service and quality of service unpleasantness . Apart from a few companies , most logistics enterprises technical equipment and management tools are still relatively backward, service network and information system is not perfect, greatly affected the accuracy and timeliness of logistics services.
17、 Most logistics companies just passively according to the users instructions and requirements , engage in single-function transport, warehousing and distribution , rarely able to provide logistics planning , organization and production areas deep into the supply chain management of the whole process
