1、新视野大学英语课程教学大纲本课程教学大纲依据英语专业2012级人才培养方案制定。一、课程说明课程名称：大学英语 课程编号：140101002总学时：64 学时 总学分：4 学分学时分配：讲授48学时，听说16学时课程性质：必修课程先修课程：大学英语第一册 适用专业：非英语专业的本科生开课学期：大学一年级第二学期二、 教学目标与要求 教学目标：大学英语课程是非英语专业大学生的一门必修基础课程。大学英语的教学目的是让学生打好扎实的语言基本功，重视培养学生的英语综合应用能力，特别重视培养学生英语实际应用和交际能力，以便获取有关其专业的最新国际资料，从而开拓其专业视野及提高其专业技能，并使其在今后的工

2、作和社会交往中能用英语有效地进行口头和书面的信息交流，同时培养和训练其自主学习能力，提高综合文化素养，以适应我国社会发展和国际交流的需要，使学生能够真正具有良好的国际交流能力。教学要求：本教学大纲在教学要求上分为一般要求阶段(一至二年级)和较高要求阶段(三至四年级)，本课程属于一般要求阶段。现将本课程的教学要求规定如下：1.词汇：通过本课程的学习，学生的词汇量应增至3900左右，以及由这些词构成的常用词组(高中所掌握的单词和词组包括在内)，并具有按照基本构词法识别生词的能力，精读量9,000词，泛读量37,000词左右。2. 语法：巩固和加深基本语法知识，提高在语篇水平上运用语法知识的能力。3

3、. 阅读能力：能顺利阅读语言难度较高的一般性题材的文章，掌握中心大意以及说明中心大意的事实和细节，并能进行一定的分析、推理和判断，领会作者的观点和态度，阅读速度达到每分钟70词。在阅读篇幅较长、难度较低、生词不超过总词数5%的材料时，能掌握中心大意，抓住主要事实和有关细节，阅读速度达到每分钟120词。4. 听的能力：能听懂英语讲课，并能听懂题材熟悉、句子结构比较简单、基本上没有生词、语速为每分钟120130词的简短会话、谈话、报道和讲座，掌握其中心大意，抓住要点和有关细节，领会讲话者的观点和态度。5. 说的能力：能就教材内容和适当的听力材料进行问答和复述，能用英语进行一般的日常会话，能就所熟悉

4、的话题经准备后作简短的发言，表达思想比较清楚，语言、语调基本正确。6. 写的能力：能在阅读难度略课文相仿的书面材料时做笔记、回答问题、写提纲，能就一定的话题或提纲在半小时内写出120150词的短文，能写短信和便条，表达意思清楚，无重大语言错误。7. 译的能力：能借助词典将难度略低于课文的英语短文译成汉语，理解正确，译文达意，译速为每小时300英语单词。能借助词典将内容熟悉的汉语文字材料译成英语，译文达意，无重大语言错误，译速为每小时250汉字。8. 工具书使用：能熟练地使用新英汉词典等英汉词典和简易的英英词典（如Oxford Advanced English Dictionary 以及Long

5、man Dictionary of Contemporary English），独立解决语言问题。9. 文化素养：对中国文化有一定的了解；有教扎实的汉语基本功；对英美等国家的风土人情及传统文化有一定的了解。 三、教学内容与目的：本课程教学内容包括新视野大学英语（读写教程2）十个单元；新视野大学英语（听说教程2）十个单元；新视野大学英语（快速阅读2）三十二篇文章。由于课时所限，拟完成新视野大学英语（读写教程2）17单元；新视野大学英语（听说教程2）17单元。新视野大学英语（读写教程2）810单元、新视野大学英语（听说教程2）810单元以及新视野大学英语（快速阅读2）132篇文章由学生自学。第1-

33、Comprehension; Reading; Cloze; Translation3. 本单元及基本内容：大学英语四级考试全真试卷（新题型）4. 本单元思考题：Try to make a good plan for your preparation for CET-4 and improve your English learning. 四、教学方法与手段1. 课程讲授和习题要求：大学英语教学要注重培养学生听、说、读、写等综合能力。因此，在课堂教学中，应注意充分发挥学生的能动性、创造性，提高学生学习英语的独立性、积极性，培养学生自主学习能力，帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯。还应采用灵活多样的教学

34、方式引导学生主动参与，积极实践，让学生懂得外语课是一门实践课，以期使学生在积极主动思维活动中获取语言知识，掌握语言技能。习题主要包括每单元课后练习及适当选取大学英语三级、四级考试试题，帮助学生尽早做好考试准备。2. 实践性教学环节：本课程主要针对非英语专业学生的英语综合应用能力的培养，每单元的实践性教学环节都包括听、说、读、写、译等技能的学习和训练，主要实践方式有听写填空、句子组合、对话练习、快速阅读、就熟悉材料写作、句子翻译等。3. 多媒体教学、网络平台等本课程基于网络多媒体教学平台开展教学，教师在课堂上主导学生英语语言学习，充分发挥学生学习的主体性，课下学生在网络平台上自主学习英语。五、考
