So, in my opinion, if we follow these instructions, we will certainly free ourselves from stress and be in good health both physically and mentally/spiritually. (2) In conclusion, although the

30、 busy schedules can make almost everyone suffer from stress, a person can release the stress by sports, by entertainment, and by doing something that is his favorite. In my opinion, health is the most important thing. If a person wants to keep healthy, he must make stress least. In his spare time, he can do anything he likes, and make himself have a good mood. If he does so, stress cant affect his health badly.
