1、Traceability,目 录,追溯(Traceability)UL追溯体系的构成Document Audit,Traceability,目的:(Traceability Manual 00-GI-S0004 3.0)Traceability is a term used by UL to describe several Follow-Up Services Programs which make it feasible for a component to maintain its identification from originating vendor to end-product

2、 manufacturer.,原材料制造商,贸易商A,贸易商B,简单加工厂,最终制造商,始 终 保 持 可 识 别,Traceability,Traceability的重要性和意义:产品的符合性很大程度依赖于元器件的符合性外部采购的零部件/原材料的识别变得日益困难规范检验员对Traceability一致性的理解范围:包含在UL跟踪检验体系下的:components materials assemblies sub-assemblies,Traceability,Traceability Program,Primary Program,Functional Program,Traceabilit

3、y,Primary Program为UL和客户提供了一种追溯途径，每个Program都有对应的CCN。R/C和Unlisted Component都属于这个程序。Functional Program则没有具体的CCN，通过运行整个程序达到追溯的目的，如Stock Distribution，SVIS，Split Inspection，Document Audit。,Traceability,除Document Audit外UL已建立了完整的文件体系如FUS Procedure，Standard指导检验员完成产品链的追溯。,Traceability,Document Audit定义：采用检查文件而

4、非实际零部件材料的方式来确定其符合性特点：1、可选性(It is a UL option available to an end use manufacturer purchasing components from a supplier/vendor.)2、不可靠性（Because of the inherent unreliability of this type of inspection,whenever possible,the other programs discussed are the traceability means recommended）3、非长期性（There w

5、ill be isolated circumstances for utilizing the Document Audit,but for the long term,the end use manufacturer should be encouraged to switch to one of the other traceability programs.）,Traceability,何时要选用Document Audit？细则中描述的部件/材料不属于任何一个UL推荐的追溯系统.如FUS Procedure要求外壳是QMFZ2的料但外壳的成型是委托另外一家工厂加工的，而且Procedu

6、re不要求是QMMY2。when the components or materials described in the Follow-Up Procedure cannot be covered by one of the recommended traceability programs某些特殊的情况IPI临时接受,Traceability,Document Audit的基本方法/原则：通过核查所有相关的文件,尽一切努力确保产品符合要求。Every effort must be made to determine product compliance by a thorough revi

7、ew of all the relevant documentation.,Traceability,Document Audit方法采购商把要求通过下述文件传达给供应商采购单(purchase order)列明细则的规格要求工程图纸(Engineering Drawing)承认书(Specification).供应商提供相应证明保证文件材质保证书(COC)出货检验报告(OQC Report)送货单(Shipping Document)两类文件必须逻辑关联(Part No.PO No.etc.),Traceability,Traceability Manual提供了2种可接受的文件追溯例子：卖

8、方/供应商提供的文件COC(Certificate of Conformance)详细列明UL Procedure要求,并对应工厂的Part NO.或PO No.买方/采购商提供的文件Purchase Order上列明UL Procedure要求,加上卖方提供的证明材料(COC,检验报告等),Traceability,用于Document Audit的文件类型一般有:工程图纸(Engineering Drawing)采购单(Purchase Order)送货单(Shipping Document)收货单(Receiving Document)COC(对应每批货)(Certification of Compliance)二方审核报告(Second Party Audit Report)承认书(Specification),Traceability,不符合时的处理(FUS Manual 3.12.3)不符合UL要求,应出具VN并HOLD SHIPMENT,直到工厂提供合适的文件.如果无法提供合适的文件,则该批材料/部件判“退货”如有问题,请与FOM或其指定人员联系.,Thank You!,
