19、h eight branches ofChina UnionPay including the Shanghai Branch,ShandongBranch and Tianjin Branch and the Yunnan Branch of ChinaTelecom（中 國 電 信）entered into a strategic cooperationagreement,whereby their cooperation will span over a periodranging from three years to five years.The number of usersis

20、about 145,000,whereas the transaction volume to aboutRMB1.6 billion.During the year,the Group adhered to astrategic direction to seamlessly integrate the online and offlineoperations of RUNPOS second and third generation“mobilepayment”.Focused efforts were made on the expansionof the number of real-

21、name system users of two businesslines,namely,the“Bank-School Express”（銀 校 通）and the“Bank-Hospital Express”（銀 醫 通）service platforms.Majorbreakthrough was achieved in the expansion of the existinguser base of mobile payment services:Existing user base of“Bank-School Express”Currently,the Companys“Ban

27、throughout the country.The number of users grew bymore than 300,000 on a quarterly basis.The number ofusers is expected to exceed 500,000 following the roll outof all of the projects.The number of offline real-name system users of the“Bank-School Express”and the“Bank-Hospital Express”have been expan

28、ded to about 1.3 million.By swiftlyswitching the existing base of users to online users in thenext one to two years,the Group will lay an importantfoundation from which its mobile payment and cell phonepayment can rapidly grow in the education industry andthe medical industry in the future and secur
