6、用和间接作用I INDIRECT辐射导致的DNA分子断I ACTION裂分为两类:直接作用(direct effect)和间接作用(indirecteffect)。直接作用是3s指射线直接作用于DNA分子,使DNA分子发生损伤而导政断裂。间接诈用是指辐射可使水分子产生自由基,自由基作用于DNA分子并使之断裂DIRECTACTION,DNA是放射线对细胞作用最关键的靶微辐射研究显示:用放射线杀死细胞时,单独照射细胞浆所卿的照射剂量要比单独照射细胞核大得多。放射性同位素(如引,1251)掺入核DNA可有效地造成DNA损伤并杀死细胞。受放射线照射后染色体畸变率与细胞死亡密切相关。当特异地把胸腺嘧啶类似物,如碘脱氧尿核苷咸溴脱氡尿核苷掺入染色体时可修饰细胞的放射敏感性。,靶的概念所谓“靶”指的是细胞内对放射线敏感的位点。Lee1946年在他的“辐射对活细胞作用”一书中,创立了靶的概念,认为辐射的生物效应是由于放射线击中了生物大分子或细胞内对射线敏感的特定区域并使之电脔的结果,并将这个敏感区域形象的称为“靶”。,DNA单链断裂单链断裂的修复过程是受酶控制的,
