22、模式,或简称“云”。它基于云计算技术,促进商业生态环境各方的协作,通过资源聚合、共享和重新分配,实现资源的按需索取,其中资源包括业务处理能力、信息甚至实物资源等。云具有实现多方协同、资源的高效聚合与分享、服务标准化、信息透明性和网络化访问等特点。我们的研究发现,云计算已经开始改变各行各业的传统业务模式。云将对企业经营、管理的方方面面带来颠覆性变化,从而提升企业的市场竞争力。在改变营销模式方面,企业可以围绕客户的关键业务与财务活动,为同类客户提供标准化的业务处理支持,从而深入洞察客户业务及随之产生的金融需求,这将使企业更加有机会向客户营销全面的金融解决方案,实现客户的批量开发,并提升客户贡献,例
23、如,企业为广大的供应链上下游企业提供云端的从采购到支付(Order-to-Pay)流程处理支持,并实现客户业务流程与企业支付结算、信贷、现金管理服务等金融服务的无缝衔接。这将对企业拓展等需要规模化发展与运作才能实现可观盈利的客户群体产生重要影响。其次,企业可以利用云实现与行业内及跨行业的合作伙伴更紧密地多方在线协同,打破物理网点、开户行、业务资质等因素对企业业务发展的限制,从而将业务延伸至当前无法服务的客户群体与市场,例如,海外、县域市场等当前无法覆盖的市场区域。在服务客户方面,通过云实现企业、产业链合作伙伴、客户之间的实时多方协同、信息聚合与分享,企业有可能更加深入地挖掘并预测客户的潜在金融
