21、95个单词和700个词组(含中学应掌握的词汇)，其中约2000个单词为积极词汇，即要求学生能够在认知的基础上在口头和书面表达两个方面熟练运用的词汇较高要求词汇量:约6395个单词和1200个词组(包括中学和一般要求应该掌握的词汇)，其中约2200个单词(包括一般要求应该掌握的积极词汇)为积极词汇更高要求词汇量:约7675个单词和1870个词组(包括中学、一般要求和较高要求应该掌握的词汇，但不包括专业词汇)，其中约2360个单词为积极词汇(包括一般要求和较高要求应该掌握的积极词汇),我国的英语学习与发达国家的英语学习相比还存在不小的差距。从大学生应掌握的词汇量来看, 日本要求达到10,000个;

22、 俄罗斯是15, 000个; 德国学生在上大学之前已经基本掌握了英语, 有的在中学就开始学习第二外语; 而我国大学英语课程教学一般要求的推荐词汇量是4, 795个。,大学英语词汇教学存在的问题:,面对的任务现实的困难,约3000个单词,约4795个单词,两年掌握1795个新单词,出现的频率低,没有高中时大量的反复操练,练习,大量作业习题巩固,如果自己课下没有按照记忆规律及时巩固、拓展和提高, 无法在头脑中形成长时间记忆。这仅仅是达到大学英语水平的基础。英语学习=词汇学习+语言技能学习,根据.英汉大词典的统计,词汇量不足6,000个 英语国家一般学童之词汇能力, 用英语进行读写交际会遇到严重困难

23、 词汇量在12, 000- 18, 000, 英语国家内受过寻常教育的一般成年人之普通词汇程度以及基本的 读写交际能力 词汇量在24, 000- 30, 000 英语国家内受过良好教育且阅读面很广的职业人士的词汇能力, 读写 交际当游刃有余。,结合教育部大学英语课程教学要求, 我校大学英语要求大一新生达到的要求是:(1) 听力理解能力能听懂基本的课堂用语、课文录音和日常用语。能听懂题材熟悉、句子结构较为简单、语速约为每分钟110词的听力材料，能掌握其中心大意，抓住要点。能运用基本的听力技巧帮助理解。 (2) 口语表达能力能进行简单的日常对话，能就教材内容作简短问答，表达思想基本清楚。朗读时，语

24、音、语调、句子重音及意群划分基本正确。 (3) 阅读理解能力能读懂一般语言难度的普通题材文章，能运用基本的阅读技巧和语言理解策略，掌握文章中心大意和细节。阅读速度达到每分钟90词。 (4) 书面表达能力能用常见的应用文体完成一般的写作任务，能描述个人经历、事件、观感、情感等，能就一般性话题或提纲在半小时内写出120-150词的短文，内容比较完整、语法基本正确。能比较恰当地运用基本写作技巧。 (5) 翻译能力能借助词典对题材熟悉的文章进行英汉互译，英译汉速度为每小时150英语单词，汉译英速度为每小时100个汉字。译文基本准确，能在翻译时比较恰当地运用基本的翻译技巧。,语言是文化的载体, 语言和文

25、化是密不可分的。 大学生在学习英语语言知识的同时, 应注重其文化内涵以及中西文化的异同, 才能实现成功的跨文化交际。比如英语中uncle 这个词, 可以表达汉语的叔叔、伯伯、舅舅、姑夫、姨父等不同的概念, 这说明了我们中国文化注重男女有别, 长幼有序, 而英语国家就没有这些规矩, 思想比较平等。 与此同时, 大学生在学习英语的同时, 不能忽视自己的母语及母语文化。语言是存在的居所, 语言是人类精神的家园,而母语是我们精神最后的家园。,关于大学英语四、六级考试题型调整的说明2016年英语四级已经开始改革，改革分为听力和口语两部分。听力部分：1、取消短对话2、取消短文听写3、新增短篇新闻（3段）调

27、6月份听力部分改革之后，6月份写作爆冷考了N年没考的书信，四六级官网又接连发布了两条口试相关的消息。,变化1：报考资格发生变化。官网：全国大学英语四、六级考试口语考试将于11月19-20日举行，仅接受完成2016年12月大学英语四级、六级笔试报考的考生。报考资格：仅接受完成2016年12月大学英语四、六级笔试报考的考生。小编解读：只要成功报名笔试，即可报名口试。与之前最大的不同自2016年12月起，参加四六级口试已无任何分数线限制(之前规定，必须过级，方可口试)。变化2：口试或成为必考?从目前的政策来看，2016年12月口试还不是必考科目。但说的是暂时。 官网发布的考试地点：北京、天津、河北、
