3、备力量的培养工作,抓好足球后备人才的培养,是拉近与其他足球发达国家距离的关键,也是振兴我国足球的必由之路。目前内蒙古存在的多所体校,业余体校和足球传统学校,但对于足球后备人才培养的效率并不十分理想。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对内蒙古足球后备人才培养现状及影响因素进行了深入调查和分析得出如下结论:(一)现状情况1、参训青少年情况:年龄结构不合理,运动等级情况不佳,参训动机受外界因素诱导较大,参赛情况与理想比赛周期有较大差距,学校对青少年足球运动员文化课学习成绩较为重视,但学生成绩普遍较差。2、教练员情况:年龄结构较为合理,教练员工作态度较为积极,但学历和运
4、动等级、执教等级普遍较低、科研水平一般,培训机构以及体育部门对教练员后期学习和深造情况不理想。3、培养机构情况:体校与传统校在训练计划方面存在着较大差异,体校训练计划安排遵循青少年足球运动员训练大纲的基本要求来制订,且训练计划的执行受外界影响不大,而传统校训练计划多无章法,多根据比赛需要进行训练,即使有训练计划但受外界影响变动较大,不能遵照其执行。培训机构训练次数和课时较为合理,但训练内容的安排不符合青少年足球运动员训练大纲的基本要求,缺乏对运动员心理训练和专项理论的教学。培训机构训练场地设施基本上能满足目前需要,但训练经费紧缺、生源情况不佳、运动员输送渠道较窄。培训对教练员工作评价较为客观,
5、全面,评价体系较为完善。4、家长对子女参训态度方面:经济负担能力较好,但出于对子女学习成绩和前途的考虑,对子女从事足球训练以及继续朝着职业球员方面发展的支持态度较差。5、组织领导方面:领导部门对培养机构有一定的物质和经济支持,但对足球后备人才培养工作不够重视,用于足球后备人才培养方面的投入较少,相关的政策和措施具体落实情况不佳。对培训机构的监管较为全面,但监管力度较弱。(二)影响因素1、内蒙古足球后备人才培养受举国体制影响严重,足球运动作为内蒙古弱势项目,领导部门对其的重视以及政策落实情况不佳。2、内蒙古后备人才培养受目前较低科学化训练水平、不完善的竞赛制度、较窄的选材面以及整体情况不佳的参训
6、主体影响较大。3、不太乐观的足球运动开展的社会环境和物质环境、家长较差的支持情况对内蒙古青少年足球运动开展、青少年足球队伍壮大有着重要影响。4、不健全的运动员出路保障、不完善的竞训保障体系、较低水平的医疗保障体系对内蒙古足球培训机构的可持续发展起着不利影响。5、不完善的青少年运动员管理办法、较薄弱的培训机构监管力度以及培训机构不科学的运动员教育方式对内蒙古足球培训机构的健康有序的发展产生严重影响。6、地区经济发展不平衡、不同经济发展水平的地区对竞技体育的投入比重差异较大、家庭经济收入平均水平较好、但对体育性消费较低,这些因素影响着对内蒙古后备人才培养经费投入和储备金额。从上述结论可以看到,内蒙
7、古足球后备人才培养现状,从教练员、运动员、培训机构到领导部门各个方面都有着不同的问题。归纳专家意见提出了内蒙古足球后备人才培养可持续发展的对策:1充分利用竞技体育举国体制的优势,坚持以教育为基础,处理好“学习”与“训练”的关系,重视足球后备人才的培养,加强政策和措施的落实。2.扩大足球人口,拓宽选材面,重视选材的结果,提高青少年训练动机和对足球运动的兴趣,建立并完善训练体系、竞赛制度以及教练员培训机制,不断深化教练员队伍建设。3. 加强青少年足球运动的开展,加大对足球场地设施的建设力度,将民族传统体育文化与足球文化有机结合,推动足球运动的开展,转变家长的传统观念以及对足球运动的偏见,提高家长对
8、子女参训的支持度。4. 加强足球后备人才培养的社会保障机制的建设,完善竞赛、训练以及医疗的保障体系,拓宽运动员的输送渠道,完善青少年足球运动员的出路保障体系。5. 加强对足球后备人才的相关管理,加大对后备人才培养机构的监管力度,深入研究体教结合的新模式,促进青少年的全面发展,提高青少年运动员自身的社会生存能力。6.加大政府部门对足球后备人才培养的关注以及经济投入,加强对经济薄弱市的后备人才培养的建设,倡导家庭合理调整体育消费比重,推动体育经济发展,为足球后备人才培养提供充足的储备资金,保证内蒙古足球后别人才培养的可持续发展。关键词:内蒙古 足球 后备人才培养 81AbstractThe suc
9、cessive players are the precondition of the durable development of football. Valuing the successive players training work and promoting the training of successive football players are not only very important to bridge the gap between our country and other football powers, but also a necessary way to
10、 strengthen the football sport. The training of the successive football players is not ideal in many present sports schools, amateur sports schools and traditional football schools. Analysing the limiting factors of training successive players in Inner Mongolia and making out a set of effective and
11、suitable countermeasures and actions have a great significance in increasing the efficiency of forstering Inner Mongolian successive football players, enhancing the overall football level and improving the training work of the successive football players.In the thesis, reseaching methods, such as li
12、terature data, questionnaire, mathmatical statistics and logical analysis, are used to deeply investigate the current situation and the affecting factors in the training of Inner Mongolian successive football players are as the following:1. Inner Mongolia is weak in training the successive football
13、players. All the students have bad achievement in cultural courses, the training purposes of the players are guided by outer factors to a larger extent, and they have a less supportive attitude from their parents. 2. The age brackets of the trainers are reasonable and their teaching results are good
14、. But all the trainers have a poor academic background, and their researching levels are ordinary. The trainers havent got ideal later or further learning from the training agencies and the sports departments.3. The training fields in the training agencies can meet the basic need currently. The majo
15、r problems facing the training agencies are the shortage of managing money and the shortage of student sources, because the channel for accepting students is narrower. 4. The school leaders work of evaluating staff is objective and comprehensive, and the evaluation system is relatively complete.5. F
16、or the training agencies, the football administrative departments have a good complete monitoring system, in which there are according inspecting mechanisms and awarding-punishing rules. But this sustem is not effectively carried out. The authorities have invested less money in training the successi
17、ve football players, and the policies made havent been implemented ideally. The authorities are universally not satisfied with the situation of the work in training the successive football players.6. There are six aspects of factors that affect the training the successive football players. They are
18、the administrative system, the sports training factors, the social and cultural environments, the ensuring factors, the management and the economy.From the above conclusions, it is clear that in the training of Inner Mongolian successive football players, there are various problems in every aspect,
19、from trainers to players, from training agencies to authorities. According to the above conclusions, this thesis puts forward the durable development countermeasures for the training the successive football players in Inner Mongolia:1. Seriously require the youngsters to learn the cultural courses a
20、nd handle the relationship between “learning and training” appropriately, and broaden the road for the development of the juvenile players.2. They should also establish a complete training system for the trainers, the authorities should improve the trainers comprehensive ability and build a better t
21、rainers team. 3. The authorities should quicken the steps of the construction in football-weak areas, promote the management and construction of the football training agencies, fulfil the training agencies monitoring system, establish and compete the marketing mechanisms for the juvenile football.4.
22、 The authorities should establish and compete scientific training systems and competitive rules, and improve the efficency in training the successive football players. 5.
