System Architecture/系统结构The ATC system is based on Alcatels SelTrac technology. The main subsystems of the ATC are sh

7、BC);Inductive Loop Data Communications. 感应环线数据通信2.1 System Management Centre (SMC) /系统管理中心(SMC)The System Management Centre (SMC) is the overall management facility. It serves as the interface between the system and the Central Control Operators and provides the required ATS level automatic control
8、and supervision functions. Its primary function is to provide information to the COs on the position and status of all tracked trains, and status of the field equipment within the ATC system. 系统管理中心(SMC)包括全系统的管理设备。它是系统和中央调度员的接口,提供ATS层的自动控制和监督功能。SMC首要的功能是向中央调度员提供所有跟踪列车的位置、状态、以及整个ATC系统范围内所有设备的状态信息。The

12、stem is responsible for vitally ensuring safe automatic train separation and operation in the moving block environment. The VCC enforces a minimum safe separation between trains based on the safe braking distance from the last verified location of the rear of a preceding train or any other obstructi
13、on such as disturbed switches or closed tracks.VCC子系统在移动闭塞环境中确保列车的安全间隔和运营。VCC确保列车间的最小安全间隔,该间隔是根据前车最后校核位置,或其他障碍物(如受干扰的道岔和封闭的轨道)的位置,确定的的安全制动距离。In addition to monitoring the position of trains, the VCC shall also monitor the status of all switches by cyclically polling the station controllers for statu
14、s. Switches in the vicinity of the train are reserved and positioned before the train is allowed to operate across them. Switch reservations prevent conflicts with other trains and with CO initiated reservation or switch movement requests.除对列车位置的监视外,VCC还通过对车站控制器的周期性状态轮询监视所有道岔状态。列车附近的道岔被预留并确定位置后才允许列车
15、通过。道岔预留防止其他列车的需求冲突,也防止和调度员发出的预留或转换道岔命令冲突。The VCC is able to operate trains automatically, without drivers. This is done through two functionstrain tracking and commanding movement authority. These functions are used together to provide ATO functions, or may be used only to monitor the movements of t
16、rains operated in manual mode. The VCC tracks trains by continuously polling for and receiving position information from the VOBC. The movement authority consists of the VCC continuously transmitting a safe stopping position (target point) to the VOBC.无须驾驶员,VCC能自动控制列车运行,该方式通过两个功能-列车跟踪和移动授权来实现的。这些功能被

19、) / 车载控制器(VOBC)The VOBC provides the on-board Automatic Train Operation (ATO) and the on-board Automatic Train Protection (ATP) functions to all trains. VOBC向车辆提供列车自动驾驶(ATO)和列车自动防护(ATP)功能。The VOBC communicates constantly with the subsystem responsible for central ATP functions (VCC) and is primarily
20、 responsible for the control of propulsion, brakes and train doors/PSD under ATP constraints.在ATP的约束下,VOBC不停的和中央ATP功能子系统(VCC)通信,主要负责控制列车的牵引,制动和列车车门及PSD的控制。The VOBC interprets and supports VCC commands including maximum speed, target point, door control and braking rate.VOBC翻译和执行VCC的命令,包括最大速度,目标点,列车车

22、rgency brakes (EB) to apply when safe operation cannot continue.VOBC监视列车运行,当列车安全不能继续安全运行时自动发出紧急制动命令。The VOBCs positioning system is based on information from the inductive loop laid along the track and on information from tachometers mounted on the vehicles axles. Each section of inductive loop has
23、a loop ID associated with it. Using the loop ID and counting the crossovers from the start of each loop allows the VOBC to establish a coarse position within the guideway. Finer resolution is achieved by using tachometers to measure the distance travelled from the start of the previous crossover. VO
