3、. 工程概况3.1本项目由地下汽车车库、局部地下自行车停车库,上部C1#C4#、C5#楼共计5幢楼组成。主体C1#C4#为框架结构,C1C4#6层,结构总高度23.35米;主体C5#为框剪结构,C5#15层,结构总高度59.85米;地下室两层,其中地下一层层高4.7-6.5米,地下二层层高3.7米,地下室顶板覆土高度0.81.0米。3.2建筑结构设计使用年限为50年;地下室防水等级二级,种植顶板防水等级一级,变电所、配电房防水等级一级,抗震设防烈度七度,防护等级二等人员掩蔽工程,防核武器等级为六级;C1C4#楼为多层办公楼,结构安全等级二级,地上耐火等级二级,地下耐火等级一级,抗震设防烈度七度
4、;C5#楼为一类高层办公楼,结构安全等级二级,地上耐火等级一级,地下耐火等级一级,抗震设防烈度七度。第2章 、配电系统及计算书1. 配电系统1.1本工程用电主要负荷为施工现场照明、机械设备及钢筋、木工加工车间,办公室及生活区用电。1.2现场用电均从由建设单位提供的低压配电房109-3柜引出(断路器容量800A,电流互感器变比800:5);一级配电房设置在二期C5东北角,内设两台配电柜(一台用于生活区供电,一台用于施工区域供电)导线截面和电箱选用见施工用电系统图。1.3采用三相五线制,所有室外固定的用电设备及电箱设专门接地装置。1.4室外电缆延墙、路边采用埋地敷设,过施工便道处穿过预留槽口;多股
5、五芯电缆分别接进临时办公楼、宿舍、和食堂或施工总电箱;现场用电线路均采用电缆沿外围墙及基坑四周暗敷设,楼层用电线路采用托吊方式。进入室内装修施工阶段,将楼层用电回路的线缆引入楼内,每3层设一台二级配电箱,并且首、顶层必须设楼层用电箱,便于楼内施工用电。1.5在变压器控制开关上引出电源,通过总配电箱后用主干线电缆送出。总箱配出线采用放射式和树干式相结合的配电方式三级配电示意图如下:开关箱分配电箱总配电箱2. 临时用电计算书2.1参数设置1、总箱参数用电接驳方式由变压器接入总配电箱编号总箱 A总配电箱距接驳点布线距离Lo(m)5总配电箱的同期使用系数Kx0.8分配电箱数量2导线线芯材料铜线总配电箱
