5、也可以是对题目的深化。上面那个题目我就会做一个倡议，希望政府能履行职责，建立更多的公园。其实结构定下来以后你的内容也会有一个基本的框架了。而且为了方便大家备考，我建议每个题目都用三段式，既能让自己清晰阐述题目，也能让考官跟着你思路走。最后一部分教教大家怎么来填充中间部分，其实说到底没有捷径，就是积累素材。素材积累到什么程度才算OK?我认为直到你能非条件反射围绕话题想起几个关键词来就基本没问题了。咱们还拿上面的栗子来说，题目有两个关键词，一个是government，一个是public park。关于政府的素材库就很多，比如have more fund to support social infr
